$TAP Well glad to finally get this SP 500 exit overhang over and done with . This was the last day for those index funds to sell and apparently by the strong downward price movement and volume today a lot of them waited until the last minute to do so. Hopefully will not take long for it to regain where it was before it was announced it was going to be out of that index. The company is still a heavy buyer of their own stock so hopefully they are one of the big players buying at these prices.

$TAP is starting to look like a value. Here is the big question. The write down in '25 due to Goodwill Impairment and all the valuation tied into Goodwill is a mystery. Great beers and brands housed by Molson Coors but would you buy the same beer if it was sold under a different label? ALDI is interesting in this regard. They have white labeled many well known craft beers and major brands: Guinness, Pilsner Urquell, Becks, Corona, Deschutes IPA and many others and they are having success. If they white labeled Miller Lite and it was a few dollars cheaper, Id choose the ALDI knockoff and my name is Miller. I cant make sense of the Goodwill valuations. 3B in current assets, 5B in property plant and equipment, 12B in liabilities including pension, long-term debt and tax considerations. 7B market cap at the current share price. 1.5B in EBITDA in '25 (sans Goodwill impairment)

Molson Coors Beverage announced that it will hold its Q3 2026 earnings webcast on November 5, 2026, with results expected around 12:30 p.m. ET that day, giving investors a clearer near-term catalyst for a stock that has faced persistent selling pressure. Wells Fargo cut its price target on October 5 to $38 from $41 while maintaining an Equal Weight rating, contributing to the stock’s recent weakness. With shares trading just above their 52-week low of $35.52, some investors may view current levels as attractive, while the broader analyst consensus remains Hold with an average target of about $43.88. BlackRock reported a 10.6% beneficial stake in Molson Coors Class B shares as of September 30, highlighting continued institutional interest. $TAP

$TAP Potential short squeeze here. Dividend yield + Backbacks on nice cash flows even if growth is not the game here. Indexers are out. Dangerous funding leg.... Any one knows the current borrow rate? SI is reaching out interesting levels.
