$SAP I remain increasingly concerned about SAP’s recent price action. From a fundamental perspective, the company has several attractive long-term drivers: cloud migration, recurring revenue growth, AI integration and the approaching transformation cycle toward 2027. However, the market behavior remains difficult to ignore. Repeated selling pressure despite otherwise constructive market sessions suggests that investors are still questioning valuation, near-term growth expectations and the timing of future earnings acceleration.
What concerns me most is the persistent relative weakness. Strong fundamentals do not automatically translate into a rising share price when expectations are already elevated. I still see considerable long-term potential in SAP, but after the recent volatility I have become much more cautious. For me, the key question is no longer whether SAP is a strong company, but when the market will finally begin rewarding its operational progress consistently.
