$RZLV Everyone I met there spoke very highly of Dan. The only ones speaking poorly about him are the losers, anonymous shorts on this board who have never accomplished anything in their shallow lives.

$RZLV hate to break the news but nothing has changed and yet things have changed. If anybody here thinks, and that includes the Brilliant Minds on Wall Street, that they could start up a company without taking on any debt and grow it to 1,000 employees worldwide and make strategic acquisitions that not only bring in extra Revenue but gives the root Company access to a Rolodex of thousands of merchants then go for it. I can guarantee you that the debt will be taken care of and better terms. They will start buying back but I'm not sure if that started yet even though someone is circulating a screenshot which is really unconfirmed. We all know SQD is practically becoming the industry go to. There was mention of RezolvePay so expecting to hear more about that. A tremendous amount of groundwork was covered over the last year and now it's time to integrate all those pieces together. Rewards, and someone mentioned in a separate post, are booking higher revenues. Then there's Google 🤜🖖🍾

$RZLV The bears on this board are completely clueless..They talk about Rezolve like it’s some mature..decade old business with a long track record and should be do8 g tens of billions..In reality the company only listed on Nasdaq in 2024 and was still generating negligible commercial revenue at that point..just $2 million in full-year 2024..From that near zero base it delivered $46.8 million in 2025 revenue..then exploded to $130.8 million in the first half of 2026 alone (nearly 3× the entire prior year and roughly 20× the year earlier period)..The company is guiding to approximately $360 million in fullnyear 2026 revenue and is targeting at least $500 million in ARR by year end…That’s not the profile of a seasoned incumbent..That’s one of the fastest revenue ramps in the public markets right now..from essentially starting commercial scale in 2024/2025 to hundreds of millions in annual run rate in a couple of years…lots of catching up to do…Do the reading dummy bears!

$RZLV One lesson I've learned over the years: When shorts are truly in control and confident of making money, they don't waste time arguing on discussion boards. They just trade and push the price down. When they talk nonstop, I see it as a major sign they're worried about a potential short squeeze. They keep spreading fear, doubts and misleading information to shake retail confidence and push investors out. I hate these games. In my opinion, deceiving retail investors for financial gain is one of the most disgusting and unethical practices in the market. Just remember, Paid bashers wouldn't be trying so hard to scare you if they weren't scared of you

$RZLV I still remember buying Palantir at its DPO for $10. Even when it dropped to $5, I kept loading the boat because I believed in Alex Karp. Back then, shorts called him a scammer and con artist, just like they're calling Dan today. I held strong and eventually sold PLTR at $150, making a massive profit! I believe Rezolve AI could be the next big success story. Patience, boys, patience! 🚀💎

$RZLV Here is my analysis on what's taking place. It appears everytime Dan comes out with good news and or meetings despite it being great for the company, the stock drops. The shorts love to cast doubt and call Dan a scam and when then the stock drops it appears the shorts are "right" causing panic in many investors. The more they bash the Ceo the more they make, for others are quick to fall for it. The stock market as a whole can be shaky as we all know depending on wars and what our government etc. Is doing so with that being said Rzlv is not for the faint of heart. If you can put up blinders and look straight forward you will clearly see where this stock is heading just like Palantir took off even when many doubted it would, look up that stock. Patience and a heart of steel is what's needed to stay in this stock the reward will be HUGEEE if you can hang in there. No Ceo is willing and or going to willingly lose his money if he didn't think the company will soar.

$RZLV added another 1000 shares at 1.90$ genuinely believe this price is an absolute joke for the amount of potential this company has to turn into a major player in the Agentic AI Infrastructure age.

$RZLV Be great if they get a PRESS RELEASE out, it's buried in the 6k, this should be headline news.

$RZLV if you're planning on open a position here take a few things in consideration. The ceo has already bankrupted companies before screwing billions of dollars of investors money. Same pattern is repeating with this company Management doesn't care about current investors, they diluted several times this year when the stock was trying to recover. They claim "partnerships" with Microsoft and Google when in reality is rezolve paying them for services. Check SEC filings. They do not quarterly report, next report should be in March-April. The product they sell to investors in brainpowa. Basically an llm that one of their clients use. They "ramp up" revenue by acquiring companies which by the way, was issuing shares. Massive debt, no cash Rumors claim a buyback, not happening, no cash, debt. You've been warned!

$RZLV Conspiracy theories are always fun. But what's actually happening is that Rezolve, and most other small-cap stocks with a distant view to profitaility, are being sold off hard because of rising interest rates. This is what happens historically in these types of market environments. So, I know the shorts want you to beive it's something specific to Rezolve, but it's not. This is a market-wide phenomena.

$RZLV …if anyone likes RZLV long term and was waiting for a “better” price..it’s at 52 wk lows…So, to either buy more or jump in this level could be a good time to pull the trigger..here’s some key current information to help with your DD..👇 RZLV ~8% down today to ~$1.91, new 52-week low. Not just “market down” — stock’s been weak for months (–17% 1M, –69% 1Y), trading under 50/200-day MAs. High short interest + balance-sheet concerns (cash/debt, negative working capital) adding pressure. Recent earnings missed, but H1 revenue exploded ~20x to $130.8M. Company reaffirmed ~$360M FY26 revenue + ≥$500M ARR exit target, targeting positive Adj. EBITDA by mid-2027 via cost cuts. Solid catalysts: Mastercard reseller deal, Google Cloud, Tech Mahindra, $300M buyback approved. Analysts still Moderate/Strong Buy, avg targets $8–10. Takeaway: Company-specific risks driving the dip more than broad market. Growth + partnerships look promising if they execute, but remains high-volatility/high-risk.

$RZLV Settlement and Authorizing are entirely two different things. Rezolve can settle the TRANSaction in seconds. Meanwhile, traditional Merchants have to wait 1-3 business days before the Credit Company pays them SECONDS VS DAY(s). HELLO??

$RZLV Palantir and Rezolve AI are a poor comparison with almost no meaningful similarities. Palantir spent 17 years private, raised capital from a tight group of aligned investors, built sticky government platforms with multi-year contracts, and only went public after substantial maturity—without serial public dilution defining its early story. Rezolve is a recent SPAC-era public company marked by repeated equity raises, heavy share-count expansion, acquisition-driven debt and revenue, and ongoing execution and capital-structure risks. Different timelines, funding models, customer proof, and balance-sheet realities make equating the two misleading.
