Although I had originally calculated that AIP, LLC and RYAM would work out a buyout offer at $16.15 ....  
 
because of the sharp decline in the stock price of RYAM, it is now more likely that the deal is structured at about $13.50-$14.50 ...  
 
I expect it gets announced in the next 1-2 months and I have been loading up much more on this decline (even added more today) ... now hold about $115,000 in what is my second largest portfolio position behind $SLS  !!!!

$RYAM   Someone is playing games driving this stock down so they can acquire cheap shares before a big move. Sold less than 11,000 shares and drop of 55 cents in after hours after a week of dumping with no news. They are just going to turn in larger profits than ever before. 🤷‍♂️

$RYAM So, they put out a PR on April 20, 2026, stating a Comprehensive Strategic Alternatives Review to Maximize Shareholder Value. They hired Morgan Stanley & retained legal council.  
 
It's now October. Coming up on six full months.
