$RENT Ignore the newbies with no sense with what's going on 👇👇 it's a rights offering not a public offering so ignore this nonsense 👇👇

$RENT You better get it now. 1. Insiders are paying more than double the market price. The rights offering is priced at $3.55 per share, and the company's Investor Group has agreed to buy all unsubscribed shares at that price, guaranteeing the full $15 million. With the stock around $1.65, that group is committing to pay over 2x what anyone can buy it for today. Bulls read that as strong conviction from the people with the best view of the business. 2. The business is growing, not shrinking. Q1 revenue was $89.9 million, up 29.2% and above guidance, with add-on revenue up 70.4%. Q2 kept the momentum with 20.8% growth, and management reaffirmed full-year revenue and EBITDA guidance. The stock is behaving like a broken company while the top line is accelerating. 3. Losses are shrinking fast. Q4 2025 loss per share was $0.04, versus $3.27 a year earlier. The trajectory toward profitability is real. 4. The bankruptcy risk is mostly off the table afterThe October 2025 recapitalization

$RENT Fonseca dumped 25k shares Sept 14. dumped his remaining 75k shares Sept 24-25. He holds 0 shares now. Most likely formal board departure is coming soon. when leadership liquidates completely at penny stock levels and checks out, ask yourself why

$RENT rights offering news was announced on the same day of the last ER. Markets wouldnt have sold it off if they saw it as true turnaround. 20% growth in Q2 was manufactured from the price hike last year. Q3 guidance of flat-3% growth means their price hike and 75M inventory investment/55M cash burn is not resulting in a meaningful growth - burning 50M a year to maintain status quo. They knew it was a leaky bucket.

$RENT if 20% revenue growth in Q2 was a true turnaround, it would stick in Q3. That is not the case. Q3 revenue will shrink back to flat growth. They somehow engineered the top line growth with their temporary "buy the runway" resale compaign and variable shipping fees, which negatively impacted the experience as subscribers churned - tons of negative reviews on reddit during Q2.

$RENT can anyone give me the basic premise here? why is the G&A 24 million, but the marketing expense only 8 million in recent quarter?

$RENT I was short 5000 shares on this last week and closed the position for a small gain because the volume is so low. It feels like this company is a hearty trot towards bankruptcy, but a single whale could move this stock significantly.
DingleberryDandy
$RENT For the most part, penny stocks and microcaps have been completely butchered this year. Most are down 80-90% with relatively light volume. Just no interest from the market. Everything is going to AI and big tech

$RENT This stock will pop only if there's volume. 1.75 support is holding but no guarantee without buyers. I'll hold until 1.50 breaks

$RENT It has rented its runway through raising debt/money, but it is finally nearing the end of its runway. Stock that drops into the one-dollar range in this sector routinely gets shorted down to pennies within weeks. The company has lacked a viable business model for nearly two decades, yet managed to lure retail investors via a charismatic CEO who eventually engineered a soft exit by converting its remaining assets into inventory. While printing modest top-line growth at the time of her departure, the cash burn and margin compression driven by revenue-sharing agreements quickly caught up with it. Now, it faces another year of stagnant subscriber count. Might have another pump and dump before its eventual delisting, but writing is on the wall.

$RENT this is one of those starter companies with such a unique edge. As a driver for UPS, I delivered a ton of stuff for them. People use this service regularly. It’s pretty cool.
