$RAIN I ask myself; what is the catalyst here? I see that "some" brokers are showing news for Enlivex (ENLV) with RAIN TOKENS related to it... NOT the RAIN stock, but still shows under the RAIN ticker. B careful.

With the kind of person the CEO is, I feel pretty confident there will be some sort of private investment here. Would help with the shareholder equity requirement. Now it just needs a contract, preferably government, and it’s got legs

The sentiment seems to be keep getting tagged as bearish but there doesn't appear to be any bearish posts. When you vote, is it hidden? Are there really bears out there or just shorts? $RAIN’s public hearing for the WETA Weather Modification Permit in the Yamcolo Reservoir watershed is scheduled for October 14. The public notice explicitly states that operations are expected to begin “immediately upon issuance of the permit.” This could be another catalyst next week, alongside the Nasdaq hearing decision.

And in relation to what tensor is doing with topological caging, I am one hundred percent bought in again. I removed my ask from the warrants and will be holding. This is some pretty serious stuff.

$RAIN Added more today... Merging with Tensor, restructuring debt and $25M in financing to scale Tensor. I think even the most bearish case would have a valuation in excess of $1.00. That's not even counting positive RAIN news before the merger. If RAIN has substantial news before the merger is signed, it should also give them room to negotiate maybe a 88/12 or 85/15 which benefits shareholders because fewer new shares would be issued. Expecting NASDAQ listing news anywhere from mid-Oct to early Nov. The share price today is theoretically a discount as long as NASDAQ listing continues which I think most people agree is likely. NFA Just my opinion.....

Satellogic, which I started covering around the middle of last year, is another example. Companies rooted in elite political and financial networks like these somehow tend to find their way into a success story. I’ve seen this game play out so many tiems before.
