$QNC The fact that Plurilock owners are willing to get paid only 30% cash with 70% in QeM shares is significant. You don’t sell your company for 70% shares unless you are very confident that those shares will be valuable.

$QNC for those that remember the prospectus sheet QeM posted last year 2025. It was noted that in June/July they would begin military R+D. Nothing has really changed from early Q1, Q2 of 2026. QeM is still waiting for FIPS Validation. Alot of newcomers here are getting played by the market, MMs, bears and outside noise. QeM has been volatile since the OTC days. This is nothing new. QeM doesnt follow the daily market trend. It has a negative beta ratio and moves opposite of the market. Quantum is still an emerging market are you guys forgetting? Do your due diligence Qem Family. Been here since the .40s 👊

$QNC Good current joint interview with the CEO's from Quantum Emotion and Plurilock. QeM will gain access to 600 + corporate and government clients that Plurilock has, and a revenue stream(12/25) of $60 million(CAD). Outstanding. Plurilock services U.S. and Canadian federal agencies (including defense, the U.S. Army, Navy, Marines, and NATO-aligned programs) alongside Global 2000 commercial enterprises and corporate businesses . That would take years if ever to establish that kind of customer roster if Quantum Emotion pursued it on their own. Bellido was encouraging with his focus on the importance of cash flow, growth, and where the current state of their tech is and heading near term, and hint to higher share price. Just need to get through and complete the approval process with the Plurilock acquisition in November and get it started.

$QNC Just finished listening to the Between Plays video with Francis and Ian (Plurilock)...Great interview as far as update, acquisition and future...very bullish future lies ahead! Observations: QNC needs moving forward a professional speaker, Francis has many many strengths and very elated he is running the show, but delivering powerful messages through speaking is not one of his strengths! His repetitive utilization of "You Know" actually becomes troublesome for the listening audience. I all sincerity, I am not trying to be rude, but spending 41 years in the cooperate environment, I can say this is problematic!
