$PYXS Another reason I bought this Friday. It sold off dead to support. I actually thought it would bounce more than this today but at least it’s a start.

$PYXS Gutsy move! I think they are threading the needle here. On one hand, the data looks encouraging, but on the other, as I posted starting ~ 3 years ago, I do not see how their proposed mechanism of action makes sense from a biochemical perspective - why would a toxic molecule released in the matrix near a tumor magically diffuse into the tumor rather than back out into the blood stream from which it came (path or least resistance IMO)? To me these results are exactly what I expect...potentially effective at high dose but with high TRAE's. The combo data coming up should be interesting. Good luck.

$PYXS Overall assessment - Pyxis has a credible early clinical signal and a substantially improved cash position. Those are real positives. But the financing was highly dilutive, the Phase 3 program is not fully covered by current funds unless warrants are exercised or more capital is raised, and the clinical evidence remains too early to call MICVO a proven asset. I’d classify PYXS as a high-risk, catalyst-driven biotech investment, not a straightforward low-priced value stock. The $2.02 quote is less important than the roughly $240–245 million basic equity value, the potential 69 million additional shares from the two major warrant blocks, and whether the Phase 1 signal survives a randomized Phase 3 test. A bullish investor can make a case for meaningful upside if MICVO works; a cautious investor can reasonably wait for combination data, further survival follow-up, or clearer Phase 3 funding before deciding whether that risk is worth taking.

$PYXS around $ 3 - 4 without news for months; drop under $ 2 and more with the news of the successful completion of its public offering. Manipulation nation, world domination.
