How do you feel about PTHRF?

$PTHRF Personally I would like to see an outright sale of the Assets/Company. We just lost our development guy and we're not capitolized to do anything ourselves without massive dilution. I would take $1.50 or more a share to be done with this. It is worth $5-6 but no clear path to get there.

$PTHRF President Donald Trump is set to announce a $200 billion investment initiative from South Korea in the U.S., anchored by a $54 billion commitment toward a long-stalled liquefied natural gas project in Alaska. This will be an Oval Office Presentation! Figures to be huge for Pantheon whose acreage lies along the proposed path of the pipeline; perfectly timed also, during the middle of their evaluation of farm-out offers (There may even be a S Korean bidder in the mix)!

$PTHRF Build all the pipelines you want, but until we find and bring he gas/oil to the surface, none of it matters!! For those of us shareholders that are "semi-retired", time is ticking. Been in this for 6 years now, so my timeline for this to have positive returns for me is getting shorter. GLTA going forward.

$PTHRF Max was the "man" with "satellite" view of wells away from Kodiak taking the lead to solve the reservoir issue as the geology was defined. Also Max was the "Alaska guy" being from there originally. He brought in Eric. Then this. Then Sir Spencer IMHO went strait for Kodiak to monetize the main asset as he as the largest shareholder soon after the AGM. Body language of Max's at first with Spencer was not the best. And Spencer totally flipped the script with a Farm-out and pushed the Farm-In aside. Folks self made Billionares don't sit around for the slow as you go pace. He's going to make money and a lot of it. IMHO A major change like this is a power struggle and Max was pushed or nugged out.

$PTHRF Looks like Alaska’s LNG Gas Pipeline is finally in motion right over Pantheon’s land. Huge Win!

$PTHRF Farm out deal with OPTION to buy Pantheon would be a very likely deal structure. The partner would enter into a Farm out agreement with an option they can exercise to acquire Pantheon if initial drilling is successful. 📈

$PTHRF The Company is not contemplating drilling on a standalone basis during the coming Winter season. Lord Spencer: "I am highly confident in the quality of Pantheon's assets and the significant opportunity ahead. The new seismic data strengthens our understanding of Kodiak and builds even greater confidence of a near-term development. Farm-out discussions continue with ten parties currently active in the data room. Pantheon received one firm proposal, but the Board decided to continue with other negotiations that will likely lead to a better outcome for shareholders. Completion of the seismic reprocessing project is expected to be a positive driver for both the farm-out process and future development planning. PTHRF raised US$10 million, expecting to provide sufficient working capital into the fourth quarter of 2026. The Company has managed its cash resources carefully and now expects its existing resources to support the business through to around year-end.

$PTHRF This is truly fascinating news. Wilkins himself bought 2.25 million shares in June. He was a big time oil executive before he retired and became a director at Pantheon earlier this year. Going forward, Spencer and Wilkins have truly taken over the company, and that is a good thing. Easley was slated to bring in a load of share if he got a deal before year end. And now he works for another Oil and gas company. Was that company involved in farm out negotiations? Thats a side issue now. I like this move. It comes from a place of strength.

$PTHRF Potential farm outers will have a tough time with the numbers until the S Koreans clarify their NG pipeline position.

$PTHRF Read in the Guardian how South Korean officials made statement diviating from Trump's Alaska pipipline statement with trump telling the press he will double SK tariffs if they do not directly commit to the deal.....getting interesting
Soly96
$PTHRF 2026 Energy Voice interview quotes Pantheon’s CEO as saying samples from one of their wells showed about 0.5 to 1.5 percent helium. That’s interesting, though the exact well isn’t clearly identified in that sentence. So, we still don’t have a formally published resource estimate. But it’s potentially meaningful, not just a trace. Using their 5.396 Tcf recoverable gas resource figure, if the gas ultimately averaged 0.5 percent helium, that would be roughly 27 billion cubic feet of helium. At 1 percent, roughly 54 bcf. At 1.5 percent, roughly 81 bcf. But that percentage isn’t confirmed across the resource, so this is just a scenario, not a resource estimate.

$PTHRF I did not haf the time to watch the meeting. Did they mention the price of the offer they turned down ?
djpm49
$PTHRF I'm curious whether a farm out will effect share structure.... or is it about how extensive a deal is?
Dreambig44
$PTHRF how on earth is this not moving double digits ? Seismic data complete, 25% more oil in kodiak, 10 companies interested in the data, 1 firm offer already.
Soly96
$PTHRF 10% down in UK with no news It just brought back memories to investors from December of last year thus the drop We’ll find out soon
