$PHIL For anyone who still is even paying attention to this lmao, Henry is supposedly closing the $10M this week. Possibly tomorrow afternoon. Do I believe it will happen? no. 😂 but I will say this man is relentless at trying to at least get something done. I just have lost hope after all these years of the same ol news. I honestly don’t know why I’m even posting this, because like I said I really don’t think it will happen, but who knows. 🤞

$PHIL I remain very positive about where things are headed. Like everyone else, I’m waiting to see how everything comes together, but I continue to believe in Henry and what he is trying to accomplish. Hopefully we’ll have some positive developments to talk about soon. I remain a substantial shareholder and am looking forward to seeing what comes next. GLTA.

$PHIL Finally we get good news. And I like many here I am feeling optimistic once again. PHIL has started the domino effect that will get us current. Phil has finally filled the much needed Financial Annual Report. I'm guessing that these next 3 steps will get us out of the expert market sooner rather than later 1)Filing any missing quarterly reports should be next. 2)Filing the management certifications. AND FINALLY! 3)Verification and the financial attorney letter. After that We absolutely exit the Expert Narket. The new OTCID has a tedious verification process. My hope is that Henry does all the paperwork correctly the first time. Balance sheets, income statements, cash flows must be on point. Henry go get it!!! Prove the skeptics wrong. I hopefull and optimistic fullfold and you should also.

$PHIL We are in Expert market and will continue to be in Expert market until filings are submitted. It doesn't matter if another quarter comes up and people say we need to file. Yes we now have to file for that quarter as well. There has to be a closing, or a financing, or a deal to generate money to pay for the filings and the lawyers and accountants. That is the reality. That said, I believe Henry will pull through. Everyone has to decide for themselves. At this price level, you can't sell so what's the difference? When it hits .0001, and .001, and .01, and beyond, you decide your own risk / reward choice. I'm all in, but it's my choice. GLTA IMO.

$PHIL It’s amazing how a CEO can hold a conference call at the end of 2024 talking about several financing packages supposedly closing to the tune of billions of dollars, discussing wires, receipts and how close everything supposedly was… …and then somehow end up with NOTHING closing. 😂 We’re approaching TWO YEARS since that CC. Where are the financing packages? Where are the billions? Where are the wires? Where are the closings? Not only did they never materialize, but Henry has barely said a fucking word publicly about what happened to them. No meaningful follow up explaining why they failed, where they stand, or whether they even still exist. Meanwhile, the websites have been intermittent, normal avenues for contacting the company have become unreliable, PHIL ended up on the Expert Market, and shareholders are still being told to have “patience”. This is a scam people.

$PHIL The psychology here is fascinating. Some shareholders seem more angry at the bears who documented years of failed financing claims, dilution and broken timelines than they are at the management responsible for producing results. The bears didn’t put PHIL on the Expert Market. The bears didn’t issue billions of shares. The bears didn’t announce financing packages that failed to materialize. The bears didn’t make the “imminent” closing statements. You can dislike the people pointing at the wreckage, but they didn’t drive the fucking car 😂 Wanting people banned for pointing out the obvious is fucking pathetic If the criticism is wrong, refute it. Trying to silence it just makes you look insecure 💯

$PHIL Henry generated multiple millions of dollars from mass dilution and a fake restricted share scheme but Brinfin says it’s not poor Henry’s fault for being delinquent on the filings. Poor Henry just needs more money is all. Oh yeah, he conveniently left out that Henry forged Rao’s signature on past filings causing the SEC to send him a warning letter. But no matter, Brinfin says Henry’s a stand-up guy who’s working hard for us, his valued shareholders! And according to Brinfin, “you can’t sell so what’s the difference “. Yeah, forget the fact that we were fed false and misleading information for years. We should just shut up and smile as we bend over for God-Fearing Mr. Fahman. Makes complete sense, doesn’t it?

$PHIL “Henry is relentless and trying to get stuff done”? This post is a direct reflection as to why Henry hasn’t just publicly capitulated and officially closed up shop. If he can get folks to believe this false narrative— that he’s the good-natured and well-meaning old fool who’s been taken for a ride by a nefarious ring of conmen pretending to offer mass sums for investment packages, then he’s a little bit closer to keeping his freedom. It’s simple— this is the story that he hopes will keep him out of jail. He used the exact same story to avoid jail time when he was hauled in before Congress to defend ripping of ordinary working folks like us. Will it work again? I’m confident the relevant authorities are not as gullible as the person who posted this and can see through this obvious tactic to displace guilt and responsibility.
