$PETS not only making horrible decisions for shareholders value, but getting paid hundreds of thousands to do it. Double dicked!! This BOD is akin to white-collar criminals. Not enough oversight or consequences.

$PETS 4 years ago their EPS was higher than today’s stock price. The annual dividend was almost as big as today’s stock price too. Epic obliteration of shareholder value.

$PETS they dont even address buyout offer. Just fo around it missing away money like a drunken trophy wife on unqualified ceo and no plan but to take what they can get until they bleed this dry.

$PETS interesting,there is language in new CEO contract that discusses a $1.5mM transaction bonus if PETS sells for $4.00+/share within the first 24 months.

$PETS 250k shares for new CEO. $20 Olive Garden gift card is going to be worth more very shortly at this rate. Seriously amazing how slimy all involved with this decline are.

$PETS I'm guessing if the new hires fail, they get millions of dollars (like the previous executives) and if they succeed, they get millions of dollars. Hopping aboard this rapidly sinking ship seems like a bad idea, but the millions of dollars can probably buy a decent lifeboat/lifeyacht.

$PETS Hopefully the employees get the option of whatever this ends up being or a $20 Olive Garden gift card. I'd take the Olive Garden gift card. Almost seems like they are going to simply raise some money off their employees by selling them stock.
