On October 15, Dr. Jonathan Hernandez of NCI/CCR will discuss Phase 2 clinical outcomes with PDS0301 in second- and third-line unresectable MSS/pMMR colorectal cancer with liver metastases, followed by a live Q&A. The original Stage 1 cohort reported a 77.8% ORR (7/9) at 6 months, and PDS has subsequently reported approximately 80% survival at 24 months as the trial expanded toward 22 patients. So what should we be listening for on October 15? 🔹 Mature 22-patient data — Does the impressive signal seen in the original 9 patients hold as the cohort expands? 🔹 Treatment contribution — How much of the outcome appears attributable to PDS0301 versus HAIP chemotherapy and other therapies these patients may receive? 🔹 Immune biomarkers — What happens to NK cells, CD8 T cells and the tumor microenvironment after tumor-targeted IL-12? 🔹 Combination strategy — Which therapies does NCI/PDS now believe make the most biological sense with PDS0301: chemotherapy, checkpoint inhibition, radioligands, targeted therapies or other immunotherapies? 🔹 Timing vs. simultaneous treatment — Are these immune mechanisms best given together, or could sequencing them according to the patient's immune state produce a better response? Does IL-15 have a future role? ANKTIVA/IL-15 has previously been studied alongside tumor-targeted IL-12 in combination immunotherapy. Could IL-15 potentially be used earlier to expand/activate NK and T-cell populations, followed by PDS0301 to activate those cells within the tumor microenvironment? That's only a hypothesis—but with Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong now on the PDS board and PDS0301 becoming the company's lead development program, I'll be listening closely for any clues about how these immune mechanisms might ultimately be orchestrated. October 15 could answer some very interesting questions. Let's go baby!

Two major catalyst next week - the KOL event Thursday then min bid compliance achieved on Friday if we close $1+ which is looking inevitable.  Why is that important because it removes the reverse split off the table. 2 more major catalysts later in Q4 1. Registration of Phase 3 trial 2. The non dilutive financing insiders own 36 percent of OS for a reason! I’m going long for rest of year. not selling next week unless it breaks $8+. This set up looks too good.
