SEC filings show the opposite: he actually bought 74,500 additional shares in late December 2025. Those purchases were made on Dec. 30 & 31, 2025: 59,707 shares at an average of $0.652, followed by 14,793 at $0.729. After those purchases, Wells held 1,240,000 common shares. So why do some people now see a much smaller number? It’s simply because $ONFO completed a 1-for-50 reverse split, effective August 10, 2026. 50 old shares became 1 new share. Before the reverse split, Wells had 1,240,000 common shares + 476,931 warrants = 1,716,931 beneficial securities. After the 1-for-50 adjustment: 24,801 shares + 9,538 warrants = 34,339. Seeing “34,339” today instead of “1,716,931” does NOT mean he sold his shares. The share count was mechanically adjusted by the reverse split. The lower ownership % is mainly the result of dilution. 😉🚀💰
