$OCGN I really don’t get the whinging here. The set up looks as good as ever. This is a pre-revenue biotech firm with a mature pipeline. Either sell up or buckle up. Surely you did a bit of DD before buying 🤷‍♂️

$OCGN OCUGEN – October 9–11: OCU410 12-month Phase 2 data will be presented at AAO, alongside OCU410ST and 3-year OCU400 data. This could be a major catalyst for OCGN. Strong results could trigger a significant move higher, especially with OCU410 already in Phase 3 and holding FDA RMAT designation.

$OCGN I'm bullish and voted no on the increased stock. Why? Because I believe adding 250 millions more is way too much. If they would had asked to increase it by 50 million, I would have voted for it. 250 million share though, I need hard solid results ONLY. Shanky needs to take a salary of $1 and prove to us he is confident in his own company.

$OCGN The Bear Trap Collapses: Hidden Level 2 Order Book: The active pre-market ladder confirms that yesterday's dip to $0.9774 was a textbook institutional stop-loss hunt. The moment the regular session closed, large buyers violently reclaimed the whole-dollar mark. • Why did institutions allow it? They didn't "let" them—they actively set a trap. Market-making algorithms and short syndicates deployed heavy short-exempt liquidity blocks yesterday to deliberately sweep the stock under $1.00. They did this exclusively to trigger automated retail stop-loss orders resting right beneath the whole-dollar threshold, hunting for cheap paper shares to skim. • Can they push it down more? Mechanically, no. The moment the stock dipped beneath $1.00, long-term institutional accumulators swarmed the tape to absorb the float. • The Trapped Short Data: The 30.18% short float and 28.2 Days to Cover remain completely trapped inside the vault...

$OCGN One day, you’ll wake up to the news that a major investor has taken a stake in the company or that it’s being acquired by a big company.

$OCGN let me get this straight. You’ve all “been here forever,” but when we get towards the finish line, you’re trying to block their only path forward to bring their pipeline to fruition? Not the brightest if you ask me. It’s like getting five yards from the end zone and purposely fumbling because you despise your own team. So weird and irrational, emotional behavior.

$OCGN We know authorized shares aren’t issued shares. The concern is what happens when those shares are issued later. If this is about a contractual obligation, show how many shares are needed and why 250 million more is justified. Calling shareholders names doesn’t answer those questions. We put our own money into this company and have every right to question it. I’m bullish on the pipeline, but I want partnerships, revenue and results. My vote is NO.

$OCGN I bought the last 2,000 units. You can keep complaining—I don't care. The fact is, every $1 price increase next year will boost my account by $200K. ☝️😂

$OCGN The real ones know that the authorized shares increase doesn't mean immediate dilution, it's just part of the contract they signed for the convertible notes that gave them the current cash runway. They agreed to either authorize more shares or get a reverse split authorized. The RS would be a double whammy as the current authorized 390M shares would stay the same as they cut our shares at minimum in half. Yes they could get by with less than 250m more but their goal is to not ask again for a long time if ever. But you'll always have the smooth brained narratives floating around who can't see the bigger picture. If by May 15th of next year when they can start to convert the notes the share price is at the preset conversion rate of $2.68 then it would only take 48M to convert the entire $130M debt which they have 50M authorized shares still sitting on the shelf. So in reality they probably won't convert the entire debt plus Ocugen could pay some off before then so fear not 🧛🍻💪

$OCGN Shankar want to stay CEO? Take no pay until significant revenue comes in or $OCGN stays above $5. No dilution, share offerings or increase in authorized shares. Fund the pipeline through partnerships and revenue. Earn shareholders’ trust through results.

$OCGN I got 7 years before I start taking money out of my 401. Shanky you do your thing. Just do it right. I don’t care about the SP today. Just keep helping people and cure this blindness thing that debilitates so many people. I will wait patiently. No matter what some of these people say, know that the majority of us believe in what you are doing and we will just hold these shares until you and team Ocugen achieve your goals and help us achieve ours. Hit the ball straight and the score will take care of itself!! Have a great weekend! Extremely

$OCGN Amsterdam expansion while the 250M share request still lacks approval. Show the budget. Justify the spending. Deliver results before asking shareholders for more dilution risk. VOTE NO. Step down, Shankar. Shareholders deserve accountability. My opinion.

$OCGN My humble perspective. We are approaching important clinical readouts that could strengthen—or weaken—the investment thesis. I see Jolanda Crombach’s appointment to lead Ocugen’s European affiliate as a concrete step toward building its European presence. She previously led Moderna Netherlands and brings commercial and market-access experience from Pfizer and MSD. In my view, that background could help develop commercial relationships and open doors to potential European partnerships. But hiring an experienced executive does not mean deals are guaranteed.A fragile global environment and reduced appetite for risk also weigh on investor sentiment. Still, we cannot blame the market for everything: clinical results, execution, and dilution risk remain critical. We have come a long way, but the decisive stage is still ahead. I remain optimistic about the potential while recognizing the risks. What matters now is solid data and tangible results—not promises alone.
