$NEOV when asked about the shelf “We filed S-3 as administrative filing. It’s not intended to be used right away because our current S-3 is running out of balance… The new filing is for a few years to really provide that flexibility for us to use equity.” She then said that, because of the recent LoHo financing, NEOV is “good for working capital for a period of time” while they work toward getting customer purchase orders.

$NEOV management said they don’t plan to do an offering anytime soon. They said they have enough working capital for years. They filed the s-3 for later down the line. This is a buying opportunity.

$NEOV Added some more at the end of the day. As I trim profits elsewhere I’ll continue to add here. This is a 2027 play. I plan to have a substantial (for me) amount to hold.

$NEOV 🚨 On September 10, 2026, Horizon Technology Finance announced that its RoHo joint venture provided NeoVolta a $20 million senior credit facility, with the ability to increase it to $30 million by mutual agreement. The initial $20 million has already been funded. This is essentially confirmation and additional lender detail around the September 4 financing, rather than a completely separate financing round. The previously filed terms include a 10% interest rate, March 2028 maturity, liens on substantially all assets, and warrants, so the capital helps fund the Georgia expansion but comes at a meaningful cost.

$NEOV The real value here is the massive pivot into commercial BESS, vtheir new Georgia facility, the 18 GWh collaboration with SK On, and fully U.S.-made LFP batteries. Under the new FEOC rules, domestic content is the ultimate moat, and they are building the exact infrastructure needed to capture that demand. This isn’t a dying business, it’s a high-growth sector transition in real time.! Fingers crossed for great news over the coming weeks 🤞🏻

Needham ($8PT), Northland ($15 PT), Lake Street ($11 PT). They said Wall Street is essentially sleeping on NeoVolta’s significant transformation set to occur in short order. 2027 should be our year!

$NEOV I added throughout the day. Just about doubled my position. I plan to keep accumulating with the goal of building a core position that I’ll hold for a good long while. I’m a small fish, fyi. My adds won’t move the needle.

$NEOV Added twice today and have an order set in case it drops. The combination of the Birdman’s guidance and dumb luck (I had sold all of my shares yesterday before the drop to catch a big dip in AMFN) has been good to me. As was said early on, lots of ways to play this one.

$NEOV I couldn’t agree more with this. The company is doing everything to build a 20-30 dollar stock. I am glad they took this approach. I’m in this for the long term, and truly believe this is the best executive decision for long term growth and shareholders

$NEOV made the AI drum this up. I do think they’ll hit 200m rev yearly. 7-10 is modest. I see EOSE trades at 1.2b for 200m earnings =6x. For us at 6x revs that’s 20.00 a share. So target somewhere between 10-20.

Those folks can write their own ticket into any company.
