$NAMS may have TWO major re-ratings ahead. CV: Ubeslo (obicetrapib) + Evlarco (obi+ezetimibe) are already EU-approved. PREVAIL has >9,500 pts, with interim analysis Q4’26/results expected Q1’27. A significant MACE reduction could substantially de-risk the global CV franchise and support US approval. AD: BROADWAY showed significant p-tau217 benefit in ApoE4 carriers (n=367). In ApoE4/E4 (n=29), p-tau217 was -20.48% vs placebo (p=.010), with favorable NfL, GFAP & Aβ42/40 signals. Now SPINOZA Phase 2b is prospectively testing that hypothesis: ~400 preclinical AD patients, randomized 1:1, 52 weeks, genotype-stratified, with p-tau217 primary plus multiple AD biomarkers AND PACC5 cognition. If PREVAIL confirms MACE benefit AND SPINOZA validates the AD biology/cognitive signal, NAMS could evolve from a lipid company into a CV + neurodegenerative franchise. $250–300/share is a conceivable long-term blue-sky scenario—not a current target. Current sp predictions about $51-$60 wo SPINOZA 😁 💥

NAMS major milestone: European Commission approval of BOTH obicetrapib products — Ubeslo® (obicetrapib) and Evlarco® (obicetrapib + ezetimibe). First worldwide approval for obicetrapib and validation of another once-daily oral approach to substantial LDL-C lowering. • Monotherapy: ~40% placebo-adjusted LDL-C reduction • + ezetimibe: ~50% reduction • European commercialization through Menarini • $NAMS receives low-double-digit to mid-20% royalties + potential milestones • PREVAIL remains the major test of CV outcomes Relevant to investors following oral/non-statin LDL-C therapies: $MRK $ESPR $NVS $AMGN Oral PCSK9 and CETP inhibition are moving from development into approved medicines. Next major question for $NAMS: PREVAIL.

$NAMS Institutional investors own approximately 89.89% of NewAmsterdam Pharma’s (NAMS) outstanding stock. Because the company was backed heavily by early-stage funds, ownership trackers frequently divide this footprint between traditional institutions (holding roughly 70.2%) and Venture Capital / Private Equity firms (holding roughly 29%). $NAMS they've spend over a billion already on such a niche drug,I want the drug for health and longevity, but I don't think they will be able to price this correctly.

$NAMS spotted something genuinely important. I pulled the actual SEC exhibit, and the numbers are even cleaner than they first appear. From Sep 8-18, 2026, three Frazier Life Sciences funds bought 850,000 add’l NAMS shares in the open market. From the SEC transaction table, they deployed approximately $19.22 million, at a weighted-average acquisition price of about $22.61/share. These were purchases—not option exercises or grants. The SEC filing says the source of funds for FLSPF was “WC”—working capital-additional investment capital to NAMS at current market prices. And FLSPF had been purchasing since 2024. James Topper is a NAMS director and is a Frazier managing partner. NAMS filings describe his extensive life-sciences investing history and purchased add’l 850,000 shares during September when this was known: BROADWAY, BROOKLYN, TANDEM all succeeded. CHMP positive opinion. EU approval, PREVAIL enrolled >9,500 patients w/interim analysis approaching. BOOM!💥

$NAMS SPINOZA officially kicks off. Probably very underappreciated how much this is going to help commercial uptake. SPINOZA will very likely hit primary endpoint (at least in APOE4 carriers and homozygote cohorts) and this will generate headlines. Patients are increasingly aware of their APOE4 status with availability of testing. These patients are going to want obi even before cognitive outcomes data is available, which will be years down the road. SPINOZA is testing cognition but unlikely to separate from placebo within one year, even if you assume it works (PACC seems to show ~0 decline over one year).

$NAMS wow, this is going into a free fall … I wouldn’t touch it until it reaches the lows from 2024 and 2025, around $15-16, which may be the support level.

$NAMS It appears that I will need to close this baby out. It was only a tiny position bot this morning from a GTC that I had forgot was placed. But I just don't ride 'pharma' stonks down. Yes, i know this one is different, sort of. I prune all the time those that don't produce.
