$MOD Modine will be changing its company name to Modexus Solutions in the next 3 months. It's ticker will remain MOD. As part of the deal, Gentherm acquired the Modine brand, domain and trademarks. Modexus has a licensing agreement to use it in a select few areas to preserve customer continuity.
