$LTRN Back in August I said it's too risky. I said they will do diluting capital injections, and the next one won't bring them to cash flow positive, so will need more. Many more. Looks like I was right. It's kind of sad, but biotech is a harsh environment now. It will be difficult for newcomers to raise enough capital to bring their drugs to market. I really hope for good trial results for $LTRN so their SP will do a big jump to the upside.

$LTRN an offering at $1.09, then a delisting notice. This guy sharma talked this shit up with the ai tool and spin off. So far, he’s done the opposite of what he said he would which was to create shareholder value. He has lost some credibility.

$LTRN The one thing I hold on to is the tight capital structure. They will only have 17-18MM shares outstanding fully dilutive which no biotech can remotely be anywhere in the ballpark with all the trials and 2 subsidiaries. No where.

$LTRN One concern I have as a LTRN shareholder is management’s track record on timelines. Several clinical milestones have been delayed, the dedicated withZeta investor webinar announced for June apparently never happened, and now OMAI was announced for “mid-September.” Delays happen in biotech. But a webinar isn’t a clinical trial. Consistently meeting communicated timelines matters for management credibility. Otherwise, investors inevitably start questioning other forward-looking statements as well, including LP-300 partnering discussions, OMAI financing and commercial interest. I hope Lantern delivers this one as communicated.

$LTRN Whether there are gains or losses, it is sad to see LANTERN at this valuation because I still think it’s a “sleeping giant”. I really hope the green road taken this week is the road to back to a decent value, waiting for great news.
