$LCTX Nothing happens until it suddenly does. The share price constantly drops until it doesn't. Welcome to investing in an underfollowed scientifically complex small biotech company with a disruptive technology platform.

$LCTX Maybe we should assume Roche knows what they are doing. Claude thinks so: The pricing thesis connection: This is where your earlier point about analyst underpricing gets sharper. If Genentech successfully validates the Orbit SDS approach in GAlette, the procedure goes from a complex vitreoretinal surgical suite requirement to something approaching an outpatient suprachoroidal injection — the same setting now used for Xipere (triamcinolone) commercially. That dramatically expands the treatable population and the number of capable sites, which is exactly the kind of access expansion that justifies premium single-dose pricing to payers.

$LCTX GAlette has remained primarily a delivery-optimization study rather than a conventional efficacy study. Genentech is evaluating proprietary surgical delivery devices and determining how consistently surgeons can achieve extensive coverage of the GA lesion—the characteristic associated with the strongest results in the original trial. The extended GAlette period should be viewed in a more global view, with significant investments in manufacturing activity and surgical instrumentation and analysis of research and development. In an analogy, a mining company invests large sums of money in extraction and processing without publicly disclosing the value of the gold. Genentech entered an additional agreement under which Lineage provides clinical support, technical training, manufacturing, procurement and materials associated with commercial manufacturing strategies. Genentech has also recruited personnel in RPE and allogeneic cell-therapy process development, stem-cell characterization

$LCTX None of us have any Inside Information, but it's almost as if we do. The informed here understand what the broader market is missing--not only many signs that Roche is moving to P3 with Opregen, but a huge repricing bump being missed with patents and leading processes in Cell Manufacturing with many companies needing the 5D process that Lineage has now patented. We understand the Information we have, the Market is asleep.

$LCTX “2b, or not 2b, that is the question:” Hamlet Act III, Scene 1. I think we will have our answer by the end of the year.

$LCTX I could give a care what Roche didn't explicitly state or post recently. Actions speak louder than words. Could a Short or negative poster here please answer me why Roche continues to spend a lot of money perfecting the OpRegen delivery system and running numerous world class testing sites?

$LCTX All breadcrumbs lead to a “Go.” Roche/Genentech continues to build around OpRegen: • GAlette delivery optimization • Proprietary device work • Manufacturing/process development • Cell-therapy & ML hiring • Surgeon/KOL engagement • And Roche Pharma Day is just days away None of these alone proves the outcome. But taken together? It sure looks like Roche is preparing for what comes next.

$LCTX only a matter of time before the announcement of success is made for islet cell production. I also think the timing of the recently announce hypo immune cell from Factor Biosciences fits the timing for the internally sourced hypo immune cell line.

$LCTX not so fast my dog faced friend. Even Culley can't kill this deal! Roche has committed ever increasing amounts of time, money, and scientific efforts, NOT LESS. I have an analysis for my followers on my personal email. however, all the information is already here. Roche has been surprised by the opportunity for a multibillion dollar treatment. This is because the transplants not only work, but are effective for early stage GA, thus increasing the TAM by billions. they have been working with the FDA to finalize the GAlette study with their recent breakthroughs in surgical equipment. The study could be open for enrollment again soon, with final cohorts of patients being treated in Q-1 2027.

$LCTX 2M going into the last few minutes with 8% increase, would enjoy it staying above $1 going forward. Hopefully good thoughts going into the earnings report next month—or any special news coming soon.

$LCTX at these prices and what we know - "Actions" Genentech hires etc. How can you not keep buying at $1 share. Crazy irrational market and wow what an opportunity for us. Added 130k shares this week.. 🤪

$LCTX Rough week. Fundamental news remains positive. There is more evidence Roche is committed to Phase 3 and more. Company released information AlloScope platform has patents and that the 5D technology is being actively used in their corneal endothelial cell transplant program. Have to hang tough, our time is coming. Next event to watch for is Euretnia at month end. Have a great weekend, everyone.

$LCTX Lineage is the company that owns the economic tail around a potentially transformative ophthalmology product "OpRegen" plus the underlying manufacturing platform. Additional programs have the potential to be even bigger... I think a company like R/G likes to say "We did this".... To me the silence negates questions at a strategically important juncture.... Soon all will be known ;)

$LCTX Something is happening based on volume. The last 3 days have had higher volume than every other day this year except 4 (excluding expiration day). Only 1/30, 2/10, 5/4 and 9/18 (last week) have had more.

$LCTX Just waiting for an announcement from Roche/Genentech. That's all - minor detail. Drifting about aimlessly until then. Any month now. Way overdue.
