$KZIA noted first patient dosed in Sovargen's Phase 1b/2a paxalisib trial for rare epilepsy, unlocking a $2M milestone.

$KZIA Dauntless Investment Group filed an amended Schedule 13G/A reporting beneficial ownership of 842,340 KZIA ADSs, or 5.4% of the company, based on 15,598,889 ADSs outstanding. The ownership event occurred September 25 and the filing was accepted by the SEC today. This is notable because Dauntless had reported essentially exiting KZIA at the end of 2025—just 1 ADS / 0.0% in its February filing. Its 13F history then shows rebuilding the position to about 79,832 ADSs in Q1 2026 and 354,208 in Q2. The new 842,340-share disclosure therefore represents a substantial further increase.

$KZIA if people don’t sell into the MMs short and instead buy the MMs manipulated drop then the MMs have to buy back eventually when you hold. They make money when people sell. This company is more solid than ever and they bring strength to the negotiating table.

$KZIA A range of recent activities of the company, have been detailed & presented to the regulator in Australia ( that organization is called, or abbreviated to ASIC )- for possible compliance breaches. The immediate goal is to see the replacement of the CEO by the Kazia Board, as a direct result of adverse ASIC findings. The recent toxic fund raising may breach previous disclosures made, in relation to timing & authority of the company for incessant and continuous issue of new shares. A formal agreement is in place for development of paxalisib as a potential cure for Parkinson's. Studies have successfully matured in PD and compelling new evidence is to hand that the Michael J Fox Foundation will fully fund a clinical trial. A strong case has been presented to ASIC that the company has not meet continuous disclosure obligations, specifically relating to its February 2025 Parkinsons Disease collarbrator announcement. A dramatic & decisive SP turnaround... should the CEO exit.

$KZIA I will stick my neck out and declare that a bottom has finally been put in. The shorts did their thing on the ill-conceived financing that everyone hated. Time to re-build. Story intact

$KZIA so I think the manipulation is a waste of time and Kazia isn’t going to be pushed to any deal at this point, but MM will maybe be able to profit off the manipulation. Basically, enjoy the opportunity as Kazia derisked quite a bit and isn’t going to be any easy take over. Sooner Big Pharma gets it the less they will have to pay. Maybe not going to happen, but have seen this pressure leading to a buyout… Thoughts? My gut says management will push for a 10x and Big Pharma will pay more later, but we will see.

$KZIA Have sold my shares & won't post again. The SP upside is capped by the potential issue of additional 40% more stock- associated with the warrents overhang. In 25 years of full time trading-this is the worst raise seen. The company had $30m cash & breached a key disclosure of no more new shares until 2028 - and post an additional new stock issue/ raise of 5 TIMES in early Dec last. Furthermore, company incompentence manifests itself to an even greater degree by not embracing the existing collarbrator dynamic research, that PI3K mTOR (specifically paxalisib), can strongly reduce aSYN in Parkinson's Disease. Of course, nobody would be aware a preclinic drug to treat aSYN just sold for $200m. Kazia under CEO John Friend has been spoon fed a highly valuable, advanced & likely funded PD opportunity. A new CEO would see an immediate return however. Genentech & QIMR have equity in paxalisib via license agreements, but based on pier recent PI3 K deals, pAX is worth $3.X b gross.

$KZIA On Oct 27, 2025, Kazia announced it would Request a FDA Type C Meeting to Discuss Overall Survival Data in GBM and Potential NDA Filing in Alignment with FDA initiative Project FrontRunner. Specific FDA guidelines confirm a Type C meeting is typically scheduled about 75 days after the FDA receives the meeting request. QUOTE "This 75‑day scheduling timeline is specified in FDA guidance and applies broadly across Type C meetings..." Accelerated GBM approval may be forthcoming, when & if the company proceed with the Type C meeting. See below. But with Kazia, no news after a year, at what seems a major shareholder value driver. Including its Phase 2 GBM study & GBM AGILE, the company can present OS data in over 70 patients. FDA looking for positive biomarker results, but Kazia can do much better than that with real patient results.

$KZIA Hey , are you familiar with the concept of "resource management" as it pertains to small biotech microcaps in early drug development phase? I mean you were bitching about the recent ill-advised financing. Do you want more dilution? You can't have it both ways my friend. PD has no partnered trial to fund an unproven hypothesis that reducing alpha-synuclein would be indicative of a clinical response. Has MJFF committed to fund a clinical trial? You are quoting academia in Israel. This requires massive $ that a non-profit would have to fund to justify further investment(Hindreds of Million $). Little Kazia has lower hanging fruit and a full plate. We know you are venting but you are also chirping nonsense. Give it up on the PD and Alzheimers early concept stuff. Develop within the company's means strategically . Bash JF for doing a dumb deal but be fair

$KZIA appreciate McGrupp, usually a good indicator manipulators are active and they are running low on funds to manipulate with, so they hire the like of McGrupp, which is often an indicator of MM desperation knowing they have to eat their own short and buy back soon enough. Of course, that is unless a bunch of actual people are dumb enough to sell into a short… instead of planning ahead and buying into it.
