$KBH An Institution may be selling every 5 minutes. Until they stop, it should continue to go down. 🐻

$KBH barely beating already lowered expectations should not be seen as a win by anyone. This stock should be cliff diving right now, yet it’s only down marginally.

$KBH $RKT So homebuilders and mortgage lenders are hitting 52 week lows, yet home prices are still holding sky high? 🤔. One would think that builders would be making money, since existing homeowners are not selling/moving.

$KBH I see consistent red sell volume bars, compared to sporadic green sell volume bars. Institutions should be selling overnight. 🐻

$KBH Nasty call! No matter what the call said it was going to be a sell the news event. Tomorrow might get ugly. I’m very disappointed rookie mistake made a buy instead of a short at 50.25 on a scalp . Glad I caught it before that nasty drop small loss but okay.😆

$KBH / KB Home beat EPS after the close. Look under the hood. EPS $1.05 vs ~$0.89 expected, a 16.7% beat. Revenue $1.30B in line, down 20% YoY. Operating margin fell to 5.2% from 8.4% a year ago. Net income down 41% to $65M. So where did the beat come from? The tax line: effective rate 19.6% vs 23.3% last year. And the share count, down ~9% from buybacks ($50M repurchased this quarter). The one forward positive is backlog: up 3.2% to $2.05B. It matters because Mezger said conditions have been "weakening since our June earnings report." $LEN got the Berkshire bid. KBH is what the underlying numbers look like.

$KBH KB Home beat EPS after the close: $1.05 vs ~$0.90 expected, a 17% beat. Revenue $1.30B, in line and down 20% YoY. Operating margin fell to 5.2% from 8.4% a year ago. Net income down 41% to $65M. The beat came from the tax line and the share count, not operations. Effective tax rate 19.6% vs 23.3% last year; diluted shares down ~9% YoY after $50M in buybacks this quarter. Full-year revenue guidance at the ~$5B midpoint came in ~2% below analyst estimates. The one forward positive is backlog, up 3.2% to $2.05B. That matters because exec chair Mezger said conditions have been "weakening since our June earnings report." $LEN got the Berkshire bid. KBH is what the underlying numbers look like.

$KBH This could be same as when Lennar released the earnings report a few days ago. On the bad earnings and forecasts, it dipped premarket, but ended up in green when the market closed. I guess because it was almost at the 52 week low. Maybe bottom feeders were attracted. Since Berkshire Heathetway disclosed a 10% stake in Lennar, it may attract more bottom feeders on KBH, too.

concept for today, the guide beats the beat. $KBH posted q3 last night, eps 1.05 vs about 0.90 expected, a 17% beat. first after hours print was up about 2%. now it's down about 2% premarket. why, the full year revenue guide midpoint of 5 billion landed about 2% under the street, and net orders fell 12%. the quarter is already in the price, the guide is the new information. the first after hours tick is usually the headline algo, not the verdict.

$KBH Housing names can move hard when expectations are already depressed. Watching for expectation reset exhaustion. That’s a falling knife look, yes. But those are exactly the names that can rip hardest if guidance doesn’t fully suck.

Cramer’s week ahead: What to watch as Wall Street navigates a tough September $kbh $len Before that, homebuilder KB Home reports Tuesday. Cramer expects its results to reinforce the challenges facing the housing industry in a tightening interest-rate environment, similar to what investors heard from Lennar earlier last week. https://www.cnbc.com/2026/09/18/jim-cramer-week-ahead-costco-okta.html?__source=iosappshare%7Ccom.stocktwits.StockTwits.STShareExtension
