Green Grog, which is involved with another of Greenwood's (the primary activist) positions, owns another 5% for ~40% of the stock owned by fundamental institutions. Include the passives and the top 10 own ~60% 32% of the shares are short. ~50% of the float if the fundamental institutions are excluded It is levered and the repriced debt will pressure eps and commodity inflation is an issue etc etc but it trades at a under 5x EPS. At the latest Q 'less bad' results caused a 25% squeeze that was fully re-traced that day and the stock continued to be hammered - maybe someone below 5% (like Green Frog) blew out of the position or something interesting set up as the 'less bad' results may turn into good results simply given very favorably comps and the short interest remains.
