$ITRM still optimistic we see a BO that results in a nice number for all of us long sufferers aka retail investors. Also hoping big pharma starts to take women’s health and more generally, bacterial infections more seriously.

$ITRM think I get most of what roseohara is saying- if we take 60 million shares fully diluted( remember there are warrants that get exercised at $1.21/share), I am not counting on $2/share- that would be way too low for Teneo to have spent this amount of time. Yes, it’s IP that’s for sale, not a revenue producing company; yes, there’s never been a valuable drug like this, ALREADY FDA approved, that is in IRISH liquidation; yes, CF is a fool for agreeing to the original RLN terms. Take all of that, plus vastly improving landscape for AMR focused drugs, add the high likelihood sulopenem is approved for cUTI(where the real money is, at least in terms of the money saved on US based cUTI patients being sent home early), add in the world wide much lower pricing this drug will get, add in BARDA potentiality, bioterrorism uses, etc etc and a much higher price/share is possible. All of us must sit and wait and that’s hard- I get it. End is near- positive thoughts folks!

$ITRM Looky looky what this wittle company and their 7 territory test did in Q1 (of which 2 of 3 Medicare D plans kicked in late Feb). And Yeah… doing more than Blujepa’s backing by that little GSK company and 250+ reps across the nation. This is just Medicare D by the way 😘

$ITRM from AI : Source: UHC Pharmacy Benefit Drug List, updated 8/21/2026 (effective 9/1/2026). Finding: ORLYNVAH listed under “Infections” with only a Quantity Limit — no Prior Authorization, no Step Therapy, no Permanent Exclusion, no Specialty Network restriction. Why it matters: Identical restriction profile to its direct competitor BLUJEPA (GSK, financially healthy). No PA and no exclusion flag means UHC is covering it with minimal friction — no sign of extra scrutiny despite Iterum’s ongoing liquidation. Bottom line: A genuinely favorable coverage signal from one of the largest U.S. PBMs, ~5.5 months into the liquidation.

$ITRM Shionogi announced today, that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire U.S. biotech IntraBio for $2.0 billion. On August 5 the CEO Teshirogi told Bloomberg that Shionogi was actively pursuing at least three acquisitions in the U.S., Japan and Europe, specifically in infectious and rare diseases, and said it had plenty of financial firepower. Two months later, one substantial U.S. transaction has now materialized. The thesis that they would announce acquisitions leading up to IDweek is coming to fruition, they have a heavy presence & will want to strut their stuff. 1 down 2 to go.

$ITRM I’m sure many missed the new tab titled “liquidation” under the Investor section on the Iterum website. Unlike the 3/27 and 7/10 time stamped message, this stealthly loaded today with no stamp. Layman’s summary: Here is the current insolvency position. Here is the very low disclosed liability picture. Here is the statutory ranking. Here is the fact that realization work is ongoing. And here is what happens if realizations clear the creditor stack. After nearly seven months of silence, I am making a public record of why we used the same boiler plate message for shareholders. Irish liquidation gives us the rights to not even float the ideas of recovery until a deal is signed and the time has come. Glory to all.

$ITRM Note the year 2027…yes Happy New Year (today is the start of the 2027 New Year for the FDA/federal government, with ORLYNVAH crossing into “2027”.) ORLYNVAH has been certified through December 31, 2027 which matters because FDA drug listings must be actively renewed. ORLYNVAH showing as certified through 2027 suggests its listing has been deliberately kept current during liquidation rather than simply left to expire, another small but meaningful signal that it is alive & well & being preserved.

$ITRM Here's how I'm thinking about it. Overestimating $100M in front of shareholders. (My AI model says it is far lower.) Then with roughly 50M shares outstanding, every $100M after is ~$2/share. So if Teneo gets $400M, then after debt that leaves $300M or ~$6/share. See you gamblers in Vegas for the party.

$ITRM Fishman and Whalen effectively neutralized any chance of Sarissa using Iterum’s collapsing cash runway to steer sulopenem toward Innoviva at a distressed price. Instead of leaving the asset trapped in a desperate bilateral negotiation, they surrendered control to Teneo through an Irish High Court process, with Jamie Ensor involved before the provisional-liquidator appointment, and put two already-engaged buyers into a structure built to widen the field and force real price discovery. That move changed the game. Sarissa could still participate through its existing economic interests, and Innoviva could still bid if it wanted the asset — but neither could rely on Iterum running out of money and having no alternative. Teneo’s job was to create alternatives, manufacture competitive tension and make every serious strategic buyer pay for sulopenem’s strategic value. If the fear was a cheap Sarissa/Innoviva outcome, the liquidation structure was the mechanism that said F’ck you.

The agreement between Sarissa and Innoviva established that Sarissa was to assist Innoviva in: developing the acquisition strategy; identifying potential targets; evaluating opportunities; conducting due diligence; executing acquisitions; and integrating the acquired companies. The attorney listed in the RLN (Iterum) contract for Sarissa is Willkie Farr & Gallagher (Russell Leaf / Jared Fertman). Who represents Innoviva in its acquisitions? Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

$ITRM i was going back through all the news I was trying to find out how much inventory we had in August of 2024 distortion. Before we got our FDA approval and 10 million 500000 dollars worth of inventory produced that inventory is all paid for we only sold $400000 worth of our inventory, so there is no way that we are out of stock, so let's get that one off the tape next doctor canyo sent out invitations for bidders on July one5th most likely he gave 90 days to respond. So that would take us into the first week of November, I think we have a good chance of walking away with $2 a share in all the research that I have done and everything that I have found I have been 14 days I've heard of everybody else. A possibility of us walking away with money in our pockets is very good, is not an ordinary wind dog. Is it a product with plenty of inventory and plenty of patients across the world? We just need teneo to do what he does best i think we could have a great thanksgiving jmop

$ITRM Teneo doesn’t waste almost 6 months on a broke micro cap biotech to make 200 Mil. They’re the lambo of European liquidators- wasting all that talent on a 💩co is bad publicity for them So, if AI is secretly stealing all our ideas/IP, as the experts claim(look up that fight re a math problem contest), then why are we all getting different numbers? RLNs: they valued 15%/script for uUTI over the 14 year patent runway at a max payout of 414Mil: That means they figured this would be multiple Billions if launch was successful. The two lowball bidders who stepped up after approval were mentioned again when CF filled for liquidation on 3/27- negotiations ran out of time, but also RLN payoff a factor. Don’t think there were no bidders or only one bidder or we’d be done months ago. Teneo are masters at getting bidding tension up and managing creditor expectations to facilitate a deal everyone is happy with. So what’s the number? 700?1Bil?2Bil? Where’s Kalshi/Polymarket on this-

$ITRM I also got the letter from Teneo. Here is why I don't think it's cause to panic. The letter is essentially a restatement of the liquidation waterfall: shareholders are last. But look at what is actually happening: More than $400K in FDA fees to keep Orlynvah's regulatory position active. Nobody spends that kind of money preserving a dead asset. Orlynvah continues to show broad formulary coverage extending into 2027. Teneo specifically says it is “continuing to assess the affairs” and “evaluating strategies for the realisation of the Companies' assets.” And Teneo isn't doing all of this for free. The entire point of their appointment is to realize value from the estate and get paid from the estate. The drug is still alive. The assets are still being evaluated. Teneo is still working on realization strategies. The fat lady hasn't sung yet. We just have to wait for her to take the stage.

$ITRM I understand the desperation and boredom of this wait without any information or update on the status of the liquidation process by Teneo, but in my opinion, right now 6 months after that announcement of voluntary liquidation of Iterum, what is really valuable is what that until now we have not seen: We have not seen an announcement of Orlynvah's termination in the pharmaceutical market. Teneo keeps Orlynvah active and hasn't let him die. Teneo is doing his job.

$ITRM Ok, you have dog me about my $12.04 stock price and now you are seeing a 1B dollar buyout. The Debt Stack by Gemini Pro last week was 30M-35M with the understanding the RLNs will be getting nothing. With that said all the stars will have to line up in the sky to get to a 1B dollar price. Not saying it couldn't happen. Shinogoi is a player which I point out in Jan,Feb, and Mar but that does not mean they are the winner. Lets see what shakes out.

$ITRM I get the concern about who owns how many shares and at what point, but for now I feel like focus should be as much around the price paid for orlynvah because if it’s too low than everything else discussed won’t matter at all. $0 payout won’t matter if you e owned a share since April 2026 or April 2025 still worth $0…focus on step 1 being news related. verifying value, news around value, liquidation updates, etc without that then step 2,3,4 are all pointless. Just hate counting chickens before they hatch

$ITRM This group doesn't miss much so most of you all are probably well aware of this. But on LinkedIn two commercial consultants are still working with Iterum. Got rid of Fish, Coyne, the millionaire CFO and all the deadweight. Just a couple of experts and a liquidator is all we need. Running lean baby!

$ITRM Shionogi has 3 primary care positions posted in the last two weeks (2 sales reps and 1 manager). They don’t currently have a drug to sell directly to PCPs. Breadcrumbs. Hopefully meaningful ones.
