$IRWD The "strategic review" has dragged on for over a year while value bleeds out. Stop stalling and make a deal. AbbVie already shares Linzess economics, so sell the company with Linzess to them at $5+ a share and then sell apraglutide to Zealand or Takeda for $2-3 per share upfront plus a $5 CVR. This path beats burning cash on another trial while Linzess runway shrinks. Pick one, sign it, and give shareholders their money back before there's nothing left. "Exploring alternatives" isn't a plan. Get it done.

$IRWD Friends of the IRWD ST message board, we need to have the talk. I suffer from IDS. Will you stand with me?

$IRWD Nice thesis but the stock is $3.75 for a reason. The street views and assigns little to no value to Apra. Linzess gained approval and Ironwood’s success was built on its original 2007 licensing partnership with Forest Laboratories and the strategic execution of its former management, while today’s management has squandered that foundation and demonstrated little ability to create comparable value for shareholders. Apra has little to no chance of commercial success as a standalone Ironwood asset.

$IRWD why this stock crashing so much compare to other small cap bio ? Is there any catalyst which can save this going down 4-5% each day ?

$IRWD From the Q2 ER, expect STARS2 to finish well before the info on clinical trials website.

$IRWD Slowly but surely moving higher high. Stay focused and don’t let the bashers lunatics distract you.

$IRWD Just my opinion but I find it remarkable that not a single member of Ironwood's leadership has faced accountability for five years of underperformance — no departures, no clawbacks, no recalibration of pay to reflect results. Compensation committees typically defend pay-for-performance alignment as a bedrock fiduciary principle; here, the correlation between realized shareholder value and executive retention appears effectively absent. Eighteen board meetings in 2025 versus seven in 2024 suggests a board reacting to mounting pressure, not one exercising proactive oversight. This is what governance failure looks like when a board conflates activity with accountability.

$IRWD IRWD paid $1.1B for APRA. We’re now looking at roughly a four year delay of commercialization because of this f-up. Factor in the DCF impact of that delay, the risk of trial failure, and potential competition from Gattex generics and Zealand, and APRA’s NPV today is significantly lower than what IRWD originally paid for it. What a disaster.

$IRWD I see Gattex’s patent expired in 2026, so generic pressure is coming. Zealand and IRWD will probably have their P3 readouts around roughly the same time as well. That’s a lot of competition. At this point, Wall Street is basically assigning zero value to APRA. I also don’t see a buyout as a realistic possibility. In any potential deal, any pharma CEO with two brain cells would push for a CVR tied to APRA approval. And if IRWD’s C-suite accepted that after buying VectivBio all cash no CVR, they’d look like complete doofuses. If we and by “we” I really mean AbbVie — hit the Linzess sales targets, we may be able to stay above $4. Any meaningful miss will probably get punished hard by the market. Things that could change the picture and raise the ceiling: Meaningful progress toward Linzess going OTC — although that’s still a long road. STARS-2 enrollment somehow progressing miraculously fast.

$IRWD Friends of IRWD! Two things: 1) Lindsay, the golden IRWD cow, remains healthy & grazing in the field, and 2) everyone needs to stop acting like a tween going through their first breakup. The glp-2 sky is not falling. Sorry there’s a little cloud passing over IRWD at the moment. When the sun comes out it will illuminate the updated market & the refined apra opportunity. Your IRWD mama wishes you sweet dreams & round, bright pumpkins as we head into ACG week!

$IRWD crashing because the biggest competitor glepaglutide got approved in Europe. They will capture the market 3-4 years before Apra can come on. Game over

$IRWD short interest out today with record high. On the technical side, we have been consolidating for around 9 months to build up the new base. It is way longer than I thought but I have no problem with it, longer it is the more solid the base will become and more room for the upside. The main question is when is the next major catalyst for us, got the feeling some new real word data might release on the coming ACG 2026. Or we might need wait and see the Q3 earnings. Keep calm, the WAVE might be coming 🍀

$IRWD catalyst map from here: Scheduled: -AbbVie Q3/Linzess readout—mid/late Oct. -Ironwood Q3—late Oct. Unscheduled: -STARS-2 enrollment/regulatory update -New STARS Extend data -FDA clarification The big TBD: -STARS-2 efficacy readout The really, really big TBD -Somebody buys the damn company. That’s basically my thesis right now: LINZESS can keep improving the floor. Apraglutide changes the ceiling. A buyout changes the conversation entirely. If you’ve got a better catalyst map, post it. If not, I assume the #hashtags resume shortly… 👻

$IRWD Sometimes it’s hard to decide whom to listen more to: the experienced investor (though not necessarily if their purchase price was significantly higher than the current share price)... or my S.A. AI tool...

$IRWD i will buy 50% more shares on Dec 26th, 1016 and sell this on the next good news ( sometime in 2027). When it spikes to $8-10. These guys can’t do anything right. Incompetent and lazy management.

$IRWD Comments of CEO of Zealand pharma in Morgan Stanley Healthcare summit: "In parallel, last year, we submitted the file for EU -- potential EU approval, and we should hear back from EU this year for potential approval in the EU. And again, it's an asset where we want to find a partner. So once we have a little bit more progress in these aspects, it could be later this year, we will start partnership discussions and make sure that we are reaching as many patients as possible through a partner for short bowel syndrome and in particular, for glepaglutide. It is a market where today, I think with the short-acting GLP-1 that is available is north of $1 billion in sales."

$IRWD under low volume and nothing on the horizon before Q3 Earnings in 4 weeks, we could see $3.30s? Then depending on the Q3, either under $3.00s ( longer than expected timeline) or recovery to $4.00s
