$IGR Picked up 10 at $12.47. I may start creeping back in at this level. By the way, a few companies have actually improved after an R/S. $GE, $RIG and $HTZ are a few.

$IGR I dunno. With higher rates for longer I am a little leery (sp?) of this. Love the yield, but REITs all seem to be declining. Just coming in on the wire: Mortgages are now running 7%. Real Estate is getting expensive, with no rate cuts coming. 7% is $665/mo per 100K, 30 yr note. Do your own math. Nor should we expect any since the FED has to protect the value of the dollar, _before_ it worries about full employment.

$IGR Damn! I thought we might be near the bottom when I postd this, but it's dropped almost 8% since then. Glad I only bought 10 shares! 🥴😅

$IGR Man, sentiment is brutal right now. Reverse splits generate such negative sentiment from which few stocks recover. Hoping that $IGR is one of the rare exceptions, and we settle soon and turn around.
