two trades I put on before close on Friday are in Crypto! I bought Bitcoin and Ethereum via $IBIT and $ETHE In the charts you'll see that 5 weeks ago both had strong yellow bar buy-signals on big green volume, nice signal right? Was I gonna buy off that bar? NOPE, at the time I couldn't have cared less. What I noticed was that price then went sideways for a month as other traders didn't care also...now THAT'S a nice setup $IBIT formed a gray Inside bar last week which made an easy signal to get long if it triggered. I'm long in low $45's $ETHE has roughly same look so I kicked some $$ into that one also even though the LT charts are weaker as there is no Box setup there We'll see what happens!

$IBIT looks primed for its next leg up. I initially expected $BTC.X to consolidate longer in the 81k–85k zone, but dealer positioning suggests a breakout is coming sooner rather than later. Let's get it 🚀💥

The energy showed up a full day before the price did. $IBIT printed three green suns at the 9/15 low. Then Thursday it did nothing — chopped all session, closed 43.33. What caught my eye this week: crypto ETFs just sat through a stress test and nobody blinked. The setup was ugly. The Senate killed the CLARITY Act 49-50 on Sept 15 and the 10-year is sitting above 5.2%. Spot bitcoin ETFs flinched at first, about $746M out in two days. Then the buyers came back: nine straight inflow sessions, roughly $3B, including $2.4B last week, the biggest since October 2025. $IBIT took about half of that week. 2026 flows are green again after a $5.5B hole in July. On our tracker, crypto ETFs are the only category up over the past month (+5.6%, everything else fell). $GBTC is +23.8% over 6 months vs +16.5% for $SPY. Fine print: still -5.5% YTD and -28% over a year, and this week's pace is much slower ($31M Monday, $66M Tuesday). A recovery, not a victory lap. Who was buying? The Q3 13Fs in mid-November will tell us. Not advice, just my read.

Adding my “very difficult environment” post. September was rough, but a strong long call trade on $IBIT saved the month. This month has been worse: Aside from a few solid almost day trade winners, almost everything I’ve held for more than a couple of days has been a loser or scratch. My usual high win rate reversal trades in institutional quality names have completely underperformed. High probability I finish the month with a notable drawdown. $STUDY
