$IBIO BioWorld published an article yesterday titled “iBio’s IBIO-610 reshapes weight loss composition.” It specifically discusses the EASD work and notes that human genetics/RNA-silencing evidence supports reduced Activin E–ALK7 signaling as a potentially favorable metabolic mechanism, before discussing iBio's obese-NHP results.

$IBIO um, yeah. same old playbook in use. not a company meant to produce anything, but bag holder loses. I am one and tried to warn people, but that was perceived as, what was it? oh yeah, "whining"

$IBIO “We strongly view '610 as a potential therapy in combination and maintenance settings…” That is a much bigger commercial thesis than simply "another weight-loss drug." Consider the potential positioning: GLP-1 + 610: lose more fat while protecting lean tissue. 610 maintenance: potentially help maintain body composition/weight after reducing or stopping GLP-1 therapy. 610 alone: potentially target visceral fat/metabolic health without relying primarily on appetite suppression. And iBio's current stated strategy explicitly positions 610 as an antibody intended to complement in-cretin therapies. The company is targeting infrequent administration—potentially only 2–4 times per year. If human trials eventually validate even part of that profile, the commercial opportunity is much larger than the company's current valuation implies.

$IBIO Bought more today. Down to $3.01 average and still optimistic. October could get interesting.

$IBIO Are we in direct competition with Viking Therapeutics? Trading over 40 dollars and ibio sitting at a buck and change? They published news today.

$IBIO What I'm watching is two computers battleing over one penny. Every uptick followed by a sell. I'm hoping October is more fruitful.

$IBIO Well, I just bought more. Finally got my average solidly below $3. I’m not worried with this low volume. The company is worth far more than this. Let’s go, Martin!

$IBIO Could you please explain whether we are being ruined by the approval of the 500 million additional shares that the executive team wants to authorize? I need serious, well-founded answers. Thank you.

$IBIO I love seeing all the RS posts already, the stock has been under $1 for literally 2 days. It takes being under $1 for 30 consecutive trading days before a non compliance notice will be sent. And yes, this company has done Reverse split in the past, which usually were a couple months after receiving the notice. Months, not days.

$IBIO so the ai IP is crap or it has already been replicated or should we say different versions built for other pharms and is inferior 👎
Buddy44444444
$IBIO a company with potentially a breakthrough drug and weight loss and muscle gain, and nobody wants to talk about it you must’ve all sold and went away. Did the Germans give up when they bomb Pearl Harbor? Hell no
vikingpurple
$IBIO The 20-year nominal patent term is commercially misleading. Effective patent life for a typical New Chemical Entity averages 7 to 10 years after FDA approval, because development and regulatory review consume 10 to 13 years of the nominal term before a product reaches the market. The shift from ’17 years from grant’ to ’20 years from filing’ under GATT/TRIPS structurally penalizes long development programs. Every revenue model and DCF valuation of a pharmaceutical asset should use effective patent life, not nominal term. 13 years for drug development. And then you get roughly 7 to 10 years patent protection after that. Ibio Patent protection last until 2036 the clock is ticking
