$HYSR If this were not working , if there was No positive progression, Honda would have politely ended the Agreement.

$HYSR Folks, we’ve come this far: STH 10.8% (Honda), >10% (Sparc) ✅; next up: pilot results, scaling, cost validation, and a potential commercial contract. These are the steps a startup has to take, even if it makes you impatient. 🍀🍀🍀

$HYSR From my perspective, the partnership with Honda has apparently been extended. It now appears to run through March 31, 2028. See page 2 of the latest SEC filing: In my view, this is a very strong and positive signal!!! https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1481028/000121390026103598/ea0306124-10k_sunhydro.htm#fact-identifier-728

$HYSR What matters now? Technical: HS must demonstrate that 1 module works ✅ → 10 work (pilot) → 100 work → 1,000 work (CTF) ...at which point the investment story changes fundamentally. Economic: Production costs actually trending toward $4/kg or lower, the long-term target of $2.50/kg becomes more credible, and module prices drop sharply with manufacturing scale 👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽

$HYSR Honda isn't going to waste their time (we're talking YEARS here) with something that is not promising and advancing along the way. The contract extension for another 2 years is a very positive sign! So is the SPARC collab. They too are not going to waste their time, energy, money, et al. for something that is not promising.

$HYSR normally I’d say to the moon but since we are 6 ft down, let’s say…rise from the ashes!

$HYSR Crazy, great news and the anti’s come calling to spew negativity. The sane anti’s were just asking “where is the Homda deal yesterday” Well bitches here it is so STFU !!!

$HYSR Long term play. Put your money in that you don't need to hold on to. Next decade you won't regret it. Simply need to stop being pessimistic about short term gains or losses knowing that this is a pre-stage company still developing product.

$HYSR WASN’T SURE IF MY MESSAGE-POSTED BUT I WANTED TO INFORM ALL THAT SPARC HYDROGEN IS IMPLEMENTING HYSR TECHNOLOGY INTO THEIR PRODUCT AND PHASE 1 IS ALREADY IN THE WORKS. Here’s where it gets interesting for HYSR In August 2026, Sparc began testing SunHydrogen’s modules inside Sparc’s concentrated-solar reactors. The preliminary testing produced more than 10% solar-to-hydrogen efficiency, according to both companies. The next stages involve additional laboratory testing and then testing at Sparc’s SHARP pilot facility in South Australia. So you can think of it roughly like this: SunHydrogen = the hydrogen-producing technology ⬇️ Sparc Hydrogen = the concentrated-solar reactor/system ⬇️ Potential combined system = higher hydrogen production using sunlight + water There is also an important contractual element: if the collaboration successfully progresses, Sparc has an 18-month option to negotiate for a long-term supply agreement or manufacturing license for SunHydrogen’s

$HYSR blocked! It’s quite simple: if you don’t believe in HYSR, then don’t invest and leave the chat—but stop spamming us with rubbish. —

$HYSR Not sure why everyone’s panties are in a bunch. The company has the resources. They now need the data, and by EOY, I say they should have just that. Management themselves reminds us all that securing an offtaker remains a priority. If the lab work progresses to SHARP on-sun testing early next year, that would be a very visible step toward an actual commercial pathway. A “SpaceX milestone,” if you will. Follow that with potential module supply agreements and/or a manufacturing license, and things get interesting and quick. The JDA is also NOT off the table. The letter clearly states that. There are many catalyst potentials, folks. Sell, sell all of it! More for me. The company is transitioning from demonstrating individual modules to proving a repeatable product..that’s it.. What’s not to get here?

$HYSR Sparc is foreseeing business with Japan. I am just wondering if Taro Yamada, with Sunhydrogen Japan, attended this meeting

$HYSR Our Path Forward In February, we stated our objective of positioning SunHydrogen to secure an initial offtaker within the coming year; in April, we described an initial customer as a near-term objective. Securing that first agreement remains a priority. We have not yet completed a customer or offtake agreement, and commercial engagement continues alongside technical validation. The Sparc Hydrogen program carries a potential pathway to a module-supply or manufacturing-license agreement, and other discussions continue as our full-size data matures.

$HYSR Just to emphasize what McMick stated below, THIS WORKS! The tech works. Let that sink in. Obviously the job now is to make it commercially viable. No doubting the technology though. Also, it does seem they will be able to increase the efficiency.

$HYSR up 20% since the ctf article musik posted. To me it looks like they are promoting for commercial use. Or at least entertaining ideas. Maybe wishful thinking 🤞

$HYSR It sounds like the recent slide wiped out many investors…..I expect news by the end of November, after Sparc releases some news related to the phase they are testing with SH modules - Sparc indicated a completion by the end of October-

$HYSR I posted this in a comment, but I'm reposting it: My thinking is that Tim opening up offices around the globe was based on something(s) other than hope. I would like to think it was based on a strong confidence of commercializing and/or somehow making revenue and/or buy outs/mergers. And it would go a long way, in my opinion, if we received an update on what they are accomplishing at these offices.

$HYSR Just liquidated the entire 250,000 shares I owned FOR YEARS. Don't see this one recovering anytime soon, or ever. Great idea, poor execution. GLTA!

$HYSR let’s go Tim. It’s time to let the world know this shiz works and people can buy it. Even if overpriced at first. Get a damn product to market. Don’t need to swing for fence. A single will work for now.
