$HUMA bought 15k more shares at 40 cents. Now at 325k shares .77 cent average. Never thought I’d be able to buy at these levels. The last stock I had did the same thing and it went from $.40 to 2.40 Patience is a virtue

$HUMA this stock has more than paid the market price for its poor finanical and managerial performance. At this point its being artificially supressed for reasons that have not become clear yet. Its basic assests i.e. factories, patented IP, etc, is worth more than the currently assesed value. Companies continue to invest (buy its stock) and lending institutions continue to lend money. Those are not "hope" based investors. Would love to know what is really going on...

$HUMA A modest but potentially positive financing development: the Lincoln Park equity facility expired in late September (24?) and HUMA chose not to renew it. This removes one source of continuous share issuance at depressed prices, which should alleviate some near-term dilution and price overhang on the stock. It does not eliminate future financing risk but at least there is no longer a $47.5 million Lincoln Park facility available that could be drawn down via further share issuance.

$HUMA Never trust a fat, female inventor with absolutely no C-Suite leadership experience with the CEO role at a publicly traded company. Especially one with a failed banker/leach husband. Let this be a lesson for all.

$HUMA 🔹 Scott Coward: EVP/Chief Legal Officer at Exact Sciences 2015–2022 (the Cologuard ramp), led the Genomic Health integration, and sat on the $EXAS board until Abbott bought it at $105/share in March 2026. Now joins HUMA's Audit Committee. 🔹 Paul Kuznik: 20+ yrs at Abbott Vascular & Diagnostics, then CEO of Bolton Medical (sold to Terumo), then ran Terumo Aortic North America. West Point grad. Joins the Commercial Committee. His Form 3 shows ~222K shares already owned before joining. 🔗 The connections: Chair Kathleen Sebelius also served on the Exact Sciences board alongside Coward. Kuznik is an Abbott veteran, and Abbott is the company that acquired Exact. Coward watched EXAS go from ~$25 to a $4.67 low to a $105 buyout. Kuznik knows how to sell vascular devices to vascular surgeons. That's the playbook HUMA needs for the dialysis launch.

$HUMA https://stocktwits.com/TheBoss1956/message/665160716 Seeing a lot of complainers in here but not sure what you were buying before this but the guy they just hired is a stud. Chris Della Vecchia. And even better human to boot. Guy is like the medical sales executive leader version of Ted Lasso. Just bought 20k shares this morning.

$HUMA Laura: We are undervalued!!!!! Meanwhile Laura: 1. Constantly dilutes at low prices 2. Silently kicks Rick McElheny 3. Refuses Saudi Arabia deal 4. Wastes 1.5 years and 100 million for extra dialysis experiments, while DOD told her that she could use old data for approval 5. Produces excess Symvess and lets it rot 6. Frensenius got tired of her shit and got out 7. Gets 1 mln salary and constant bonuses

$HUMA Scott was a part of Exact Sciences (EXAS) along with Kathleen Sillibus. $EXAS was $105 a share when it sold to Abbott. I love this addition.

$HUMA … market cap about 115 million. Nothing more to say. Grabed an insignificant amount under 40 cents.

$HUMA The market may be underestimating how dramatically dialysis could change Humacyte’s revenue profile. Symvess, the first commercial product, generated only about $0.9M in revenue during H1 2026, which helps explain why the market remains skeptical. But dialysis is a completely different opportunity. Using Humacyte’s historical ~$6.5B global dialysis-access TAM estimate, just 5% market share would represent ~$325M in annual sales. 10% = ~$650M, 15% = ~$975M, and 20% = ~$1.3B. Even $90M in annual dialysis revenue would be roughly 50X H1-annualized Symvess revenue, while representing only ~1.4% of that historical TAM. The important question isn’t whether HUMA needs massive market share—it may not. If the November sBLA, FDA acceptance, and eventual approval convince the market that meaningful dialysis revenue is achievable, valuation could shift from focusing on tiny current sales toward future cash flows. V007/V012 Phase 3 results provide the foundation. PAD, CABG...

$HUMA I am done 50% and now need a 100% up to breakeven. I hate how math has to work this way since 100% will be much harder than 50%.

$HUMA added 2100 to get to 10000 shares even at $0.86 per share. Done adding now, waiting for sBLA and FDA comments on timeline

$HUMA Noteworthy. And yes 18 months into commercialization and this is the FIRST sale in Florida is truly, truly pathetic. Thank you Dr. Risley. Not more pathetic than predicting $9.00 price target by October 7, 2026 but pathetic nonetheless. Good luck to everyone.

$HUMA Surgeons are the top of the medical food chain, known as "gunners" in med school because of their drive. They will not stand by for long as a some of their "friends" are making a big competetive splash.
