About HAWK

Hawkeye 360 is a space-based radio frequency intelligence and geospatial analytics company that operates a constellation of satellites designed to detect, geolocate, and analyze RF emissions around the world. Its technology is primarily used by U.S. and allied defense, intelligence, and national security agencies for applications such as maritime domain awareness, electronic warfare, spectrum monitoring, and tracking illicit or hostile activity. Founded in 2015, the company has positioned itself as a commercial signals-intelligence (“SIGINT”) platform, combining proprietary satellite data, AI-driven analytics, and RF signal processing into a defense-tech business benefiting from rising geopolitical tensions and growing demand for persistent global surveillance capabilities.

$HAWK IPO'd at $26. Trading at $16. The Street says $32. HawkEye 360 has bled roughly 55% off its post-IPO high and now sits below the $18.86 its Series E investors paid in private rounds earlier this year. Public buyers are getting a better price than the last private round. That doesn't happen often. The chart first: S-1 at $15.45 has held every test, and price is building a tight base above it. RSI is printing a bullish divergence, while Stochastics just crossed up from the bottom quartile. Levels I'm watching: • S-1: $15.45, the floor that's held • 50/100-day cluster: $18.02–$19.82, the first real test • R-1: $21.96, the pivot where the Aug breakdown started • R-2: $25.54, the Aug high, just under the IPO price The fundamentals, IMO, don't match the price: • Q2 revenue up 87% YoY to $49.8M, backlog at $292.2M • BofA upgraded from Neutral to Buy, with a $23 target (from $34). Epstein's note called it an "attractive valuation flying below the radar." • ~$18M in Middle East SIGINT contract awards announced this morning • Consensus Strong Buy across 10 analysts (S&P Global): 7 Strong Buy, 2 Buy, 1 Hold, 0 Sell • The average target is $32.56 (+103.5%). The low is $23 (+43.75%) and the high is $41 (+156.25%). Space and defense sold off as a group. The business didn't. I'm just sharing my work here. Not financial advice.

$HAWK 📈 HawkEye 360's space-based radio frequency (RF) technology is more critical than ever today because modern geopolitical conflicts and congested orbital spaces demand passive, real-time tracking of hidden communications, radar, and electronic signals that traditional optical cameras cannot detect 📈

$HAWK Many plans within plans. For instance: An Airbus analyst team developed a cross-cueing analysis capability, combining Airbus’s Earth Observation satellites and Hawkeye 360 RF geolocation data over Iran. Airbus analysts identified military sites in Iran and asked Hawkeye 360 to conduct experimental monitoring for those areas of interest. Following an acquisition made by Hawkeye 360 team, they identified a unique signal at 153 MHz within a remote location where nothing had been identified before. Then, Airbus experts tasked Pléiades satellites to supporting this intelligence with high-detail satellite imagery of the sites. BOOM!

$HAWK Watched the presentation yesterday at Gabelli. I like this company and appreciate they have something but they have a very hard time connecting with investors on what it is, what's special and unique about it and how they stand out versus competition. Investors are also clearly worried about access to launch capacitiy now that SpaceX is using a lot more.

$HAWK I also added today. Highly relevant HawkEye 360 operates extensively within the Middle East, and though specific country-by-country client lists are withheld for national security reasons 😉, their services directly support defense and national security missions in the region.

Bank of America upgraded HawkEye 360 to Buy from Neutral on Thursday, while cutting its price target to $23 from $34. Analyst Ronald Epstein said the stock looks attractive after a broad selloff in space and defense shares, citing solid underlying growth. HawkEye’s second-quarter revenue rose 87%, while its $292 million backlog provides visibility toward its 2026 targets. International revenue increased 134% year over year to about 42% of sales, driven by sovereign customers and new contracts, including a multiyear maritime-surveillance agreement involving India and regional partners. Epstein also highlighted the company’s expanding satellite constellation, with Clusters 15 and 16 scheduled for launch in the second half of the year and lower-cost Block 3 satellites potentially launching in early 2027. He viewed weaker U.S. revenue as mainly a timing issue related to government funding delays, with contracts from the NRO, Space Force and NASA providing potential support. $HAWK $BAC
