$HALO Enjoy the bargain Mr. Market is offering. 6 new Enhanze deals in 2026, EPS CAGR of +35% plus, profit margin +75% and now with this pan- European win against Merck, an almost entirely de-risked new revenue stream from MDASE (for Keytruda SC and all other Alteogen partners). All of this is offered at a full year (2026) PE of 12!!! MDASE licensing earnings along with new Enhanze deals, Hypercon, Aerocon and HVAI also put to rest concerns over long term (mid to late 2030’s) earnings growth.

$HALO Analysts will have to start including MDASE revenue and profits in their forecasts. Don’t be surprised by a significant and sustained positive reaction to this win for weeks to come.

$HALO 5-6% haircut from the ATH of 116.84 A little digestion was needed and necessary after such a nice run. We might consolidate some more. Enjoy bargain shopping. 2026 full year PE of 11 PEG under 0.5 EPS CAGR of >35% Gross profit margin >75% Upcoming 2026-7 catalysts: -One more new partnership (guided by CEO for 2026) -Enhanze patent extension (which will lead to multi-year guidance update) -Hypercon trials (the start of which will reveal which therapeutics are involved and their TAMS). If the hypercon is used with blockbusters, don’t be surprised by another major run up -Dutch court decision on MDASE in Halozyme vs Merck affecting multiple EU countries. This is expected in early October.

Halozyme Therapeutics said a Dutch patent court ruled in its favor against Merck, ordering the drugmaker to stop manufacturing and selling injectable Keytruda in eight European markets: Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The Hague patent court found that Merck infringed a Halozyme patent covering MDASE, the company’s technology for rapid, high-volume subcutaneous drug delivery. The ruling could pressure Merck’s strategy for Keytruda SC, its subcutaneous formulation designed to support growth as patents protecting the original intravenous version approach expiration later this decade. Merck said it strongly disagrees with the Dutch court’s cross-border injunction, arguing that Halozyme’s patent is invalid globally and that the infringement claim has no merit. The company said it is evaluating its options. $HALO $MRK
