$GWAV Dear Fellow Shareholders: I have owned this stock for a LONG time; I remember the Ticker Symbol "MSRT." My question to YOU is THIS: How is Danny Meeks converting cash owed to him into shares of GWAV ... a BAD thing? In my opinion, only an idiot would take something that is either OVERvalued OR worthless INSTEAD OF ... cash. I do NOT believe DM is an idiot. Therefore, we should ALL interpret his recent actions as a BIG indicator that the sp is currently UNDERvalued ... and act accordingly.

$GWAV Appreciated your comment, . The issue isn’t whether DM is an idiot - it’s what does this mean for shareholders. I imagine the conversion may have been forced by the Series B investors to avoid the situation where DM bankrupts the company and takes the assets to satisfy his debt. As I understand it, his debt can’t be paid down unless the company is producing cash. If you don’t see near-term cashflow, converting to equity and selling the shares is a clever way to get cash out of the business before shareholders realize the mismatch of share price vs market cap (based on new dilution). Without a catalyst or change in direction, this company will continue to burn cash, raise additional dilutive capital and devalue the business. Retail shareholders will ultimately pay the price. It would be great if management/DM would say something - anything - about their plans to give the market a reason to believe in a different future...

$GWAV Is anybody else tracking that Meeks just converted his (non-performing) debt into 2.1M new shares of stock, equal to 72% of the company’s equity?!?! When the share count gets updated, this would make the market cap more than $13M. Does anyone think that it’s worth that much? Seems the shorts should be having a field day here. I understand the corporate finance effect of the retired debt and Series B cash raised being somewhat neutral on enterprise value, but don’t expect it to change the underlying business fundamentals. The cash will continue to burn and the dilution will continue. Unless there’s a catalyst for the business.

$GWAV i have been watching you lose money here in GWAV for a LONG time... alway coming up with bullish comments like this one... ostensibly what you say makes sense on the surface but you know meeks is always playing games and dare i say you are too (if that not be the case perhaps you and meeks ARE the "idiots" you speak of below). don't respond, you have zero credibilitiy

$GWAV why isn’t this moving on the Canada copper tariff news? This should be $30 just based on the property value

$GWAV Today’s low was within striking distance of the 52-week low. The market cap then was about $2M. At today’s closing price, the market cap would be around $9.5M (using fully diluted share count of 3.6M). Granted, they raised $3.75M, so you could argue for a $6M value. Discounting the elimination of the non-performing debt, a $6M equity value would give a stock price of $1.67 fully-diluted. I have a feeling we’ll be trading back there soon…

$GWAV once you visit the company's scrap yards you'll understand why you should stay away from this 1..

$GWAV Kind of cool how Meeks can get his shares $1 cheaper than the rest of you and immediately transfer them to DWM to dump them on you with no restrictions.
