$GRNQ: Greenpro Capital announced a $12.5M investment into its GVCL digital-banking subsidiary at a $250M valuation. The proceeds are being used to fund the digital-banking business in Labuan, Malaysia. 
 
The company also agreed to sell six Hong Kong and China corporate-advisory subsidiaries for HK$3.5M, or about $446K. GRNQ said the divestiture is intended to streamline the portfolio and focus on its digital-banking strategy.
