$GOOD This is very interesting. 61% of ownership is institutional. 39% is public (non-institutionally held shares). 48m shares total. 61% is locked up by institutions. 39% is held by public. Just under 19m shares are in public hands. The dip at start of year, saw institutions increase shares held, from under 50% to over 61%. There are currently 3.7m shares sold short. The shorts are underwater, and they took them out mostly at lower prices. (They could be hedging with options*). There are not 3.7m shares publicly available, the float is rather locked up at these prices and volume has dried up. We'd need to see a rather excessive rise, or fall to shake out some shares so shorts can cover. At this point they are estimating Days to Cover as > 10. The % float short isn't that high, but the days to cover is absurd. The issue is that the % of float that is short, can't actually cover, not enough shares available at these prices looking at volume. Big gaps up/down shake shares out.
