$GOGO Many years ago, gogo dropped to $1.50 and later went to $23. It has always had a good story, followed by little profits. As of today, the gogo story continues to appear positive. It's inconceivable to me that Starlink will eventually control everything. Europe won't allow Eutelsat to die. IMO, the next 3-6 months are crucial to find out for sure gogo's future. The tires and tread are excellent, but for some reason gogo has a hard time connecting them to the road.

$GOGO Judge threw out damages in the patent case today but left in place infringement. Seems a positive to me. We shall see.

$GOGO Ultimately Q3 is going to confirm or dispel all of this. I would be shocked if we get a nasty surprise given that GOGO is a main contract holder for Golden Dome (US national defense and UAV program), successful Boeing UAV test, major litigation win, and Q3 & Q4 being GOGO’s strongest quarters each year. The company also continues to pay down its loan interest (plus principal) and payout towards its Satcom Direct acquisition. It’s priced for bankruptcy despite being in 0 danger of it. Just wild!

$GOGO This is a fascinating company to me because it’s generationally mispriced, especially after its biggest headwind of the $22.7 million dollar judgement now gone. It’s being penalized for rolling out a mandatory upgrade across its systems (even though it’s being fully reimbursed for that!) and perhaps a “Starlink threat” - even though the CEO in Q1 said that they’ve seen 0 churn or lost customers from that.

$GOGO about to get gogoin!) Easy peasy?! I think so! Proper set up! Bottoms UP! And again..very large short interest to make mofos chade when we get going...

$GOGO Insiders only ever collect this size of ownership for one reason only. Oak owns over 28 million shares alone. Then check the other sizeable insider ownership on latest filing. You just can’t sell size on this name and they don’t. Payday awaits imo. Probably no need to say more but unless you’re positioning for anything but buyout paycheck, you might be doing it wrong imo. Keep in mind, $AMZN bought Globalstar for $11.6 billion and $RKLB bought Iridium Comm for $8 billion EV. $SPCX ?

$GOGO $GOGO $2.30 gap filled from June 11, 2020 fwiw. Don’t have margin calls to deal with down here while trading at historical lows. Good Days like today and at levels such as these is when you gotta close your eyes while plugging your nose and get on the bid. That was at least my strategy for the day and I’ll do the same tomorrow if the opportunity presents itself. Clearly, anyone selling down here is realizing the “L”. Both technicals and fundamentals become meaningless when “investors” can’t first learn to tame the psychologicals. Gotta learn to go against the herd.

$GOGO Basic and quick comparison from recent $RKLB buyout of $IRDM EV $8 billion… Gogo p/s .40 Iridium p/s 5.69 Gogo annual revs $903 mil Iridium annual revs $884 mil Current enterprise value Gogo $1.17 bil Iridium $6.55 bil Most conservative and relative comparison on EV would place Gogo at approx $14.55 SP with a more valuable non tangible asset portfolio imo. Some bit wild but not coincidental Gogo historical magnet is the $15 flat. Former Gogo CEO and now Gogo Chair BOD owns 28+ million shares. Payday awaits imo.

$GOGO Delayed reaction from the market. Futures dropping to 400 points this morning on rising yields and oil prices is not helping. Trade your plan.

$GOGO I don’t see a BO happening any time soon for GOGO, these type of transactions take time, balance sheet and litigations need to be cleaned up before such a thing. However, these prices do provide a great entry. If the $2.07 rang needs to hold, we should see some movement upwards soon this month. A PR regarding a new contract would be helpful as market conditions are not the greatest.
