topstockalerts
Genmab reported positive preliminary Phase 3 results for epcoritamab combined with R-CHOP in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The EPCORE DLBCL-2 trial, conducted with AbbVie, showed a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival among patients with International Prognostic Index scores of 2–5, reducing the risk of disease progression or death by 51% (hazard ratio 0.49). The company said this is the first Phase 3 study of a bispecific-antibody combination to demonstrate such an improvement in first-line DLBCL. Epcoritamab is a subcutaneous T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody already approved in several lymphoma indications across more than 65 countries under the EPKINLY and TEPKINLY brands. Genmab and AbbVie plan to engage global regulators on next steps and present the data at a future medical meeting. The epcoritamab/R-CHOP combination remains investigational and is not yet approved. $GMAB $ABBV

$GMAB Genmab presented the Phase 2 Rina-S data at today's IGCS late-breaking session: 45.9% confirmed response rate in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (109 patients), five complete responses. Durability holds up underneath: median response duration 12.1 months, half of responders still in response at one year, median PFS 9.5 months. The biology line is what stands out: activity regardless of FRa expression, including low expressors and non-expressors, and regardless of prior mirvetuximab. Rina-S was the lead asset when Genmab paid 1.8 billion dollars for ProfoundBio in May 2024. Four Phase 3 trials are now running.
