About FWDI

Forward Industries, Inc. is a Solana focused digital asset treasury company, with the strategy to buy, hold, stake, trade, invest in, and grow SOL and SOL related digital assets, protocols and businesses. The firm mission is to expand and strengthen the Solana ecosystem by acquiring and staking SOL and engaging with, providing tools to and investing in the Solana network, Solana developers and Solana related projects in order to increase shareholder value. It operates through the following segments: Design and Digital Assets. The Design segment consists of two operating segments that provide a full spectrum of hardware and software product design and engineering services to customers predominantly located in the U.S. The Digital Assets segment captures SOL-based yield generated by participating in the Solana network’s staking protocol, which currently comprises rewards received from native staking. Forward Industries reported a record quarterly increase in its Solana treasury, with total SOL and SOL-equivalent holdings rising 13% in the fiscal fourth quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, to 8,501,298 SOL, equivalent to roughly 1.4% of Solana’s circulating supply. The company said its preliminary, unaudited net asset value reached approximately $870 million at quarter-end, while it added 948,601 SOL during the period at an average cost of $83 per token. A key metric for investors was SOL per fully diluted share, which increased 10.4% quarter over quarter to 0.0806, representing approximately 42% annualized growth. Chief Investment Officer Ryan Navi described the quarter as a standout period, saying SOL additions “far exceeded” peers and highlighted the company’s disciplined capital-allocation strategy. Over its first full fiscal year executing its Solana-focused strategy, SOL per share increased 33% year over year. $FWDI $SOL.X

$FWDI Unlike other treasury companies, the debt is short-tern, low cost, not a minefield of convertibles. In March, FWDI took out a 105M debt (5-month revolving, ~3% interest) and used it to fund a 27.4 m shares buyback. Debt-to-capital ~18%. Will add on pullbacks.
