$FLO when everyone sells out of fear you must buy … this is way overdone with a huge short ratio. Even RSI shows way oversold … opportunities like this you must take advantage of it .. made a lot of $$ with $XOM when in 2020 everyone was selling out of fear of oil .. with $INTC couple years ago when it hit $20 ! Il sure in 3 years I’ll more than double my investment here ! BUY

$FLO This new Low for FLO is where you double-down and average your Cost Basis, or for someone who doesn't own the stock yet - it's a great Entry Point, if your outlook is 1-3 years to buy-and-hold at a minimum and not try and day-trade or Momentum Trade this stock. This isn't that type of stock, it's more like a bond than a stock at this point, and the dividend is going to be variable and could even be eliminated entirely, but I would not mind that - if it pays for upgrades and efficiencies and automation for their bakeries and processes. Have any of you investors actually looked at Flowers Food website and their system of bringing in worker/partners who distribute the bread? You should see that process so you understand why some people are highly motivated to "move bread" for FLO, by region, much like a franchise's segregated business area, and my understanding is that some of the Distributors will take on more than 1 area and can earn a good 6-figure income, but do they buy stock?
