$FFR High cash burn + 577k last reported cash, we have $50M equity commitment, 93% VWAP purchase price, 55M share reserve and shareholder approval the old 19.99% cap So at this price level CFO have the finger on that red button ...very close to "hammering" territory ‍🫣

$FFR Run up into Earnings....looks like a shelf offering to me, someone loading in shares, once the SEC file drops the selling will start. Lots of institutions could look to provide liquidity in the play. Figure out if the SEC file is a liquidity MM move or a real investor.

$FFR Weekly chart shows lot of stress around 1.60 and 1.70. Don't know who is causing this stress. Hope the situation calms down and off the price shoots up.

$FFR the stock dropped 99% since they announced it earlier this year. Moving robots to the majority-owned subsidiary for $200 million doesn’t make their interest worth $200 million. It’s just massively diluting AIXC stockholders. They could have called it $2 billion. AIXC will likely get crushed once people realize that FFAI owns 95% post-close. With an 18-month lockup, don’t be shocked by another 99% loss on both sides.

$FFR $FFAI Note that they want to invest $300M CAPEX, which will be grabbed by the usual instruments!
