$FERN Progress on Software Infrastructure LOI from 9/3 Press Release “The company confirmed that discussions and diligence are advancing constructively and that the process is moving forward nicely. We anticipate additional details will be provided over the next several weeks”

$FERN it is nice that Liquid Mercury is trying something different, but a $2900 split incentive to $FERN shareholders will not move the needle on our share price. I have more than doubled the money I put into LM and wish I had invested more, so I am a believer. For $FERN to make the move that impacts the investors on this board, the updates over the next several weeks are key, along with real volume and revenues coming from the LM relationship. We will find that revenue number by mid November, but hopefully we see an intentional bump before that. Good luck to everyone!

$FERN last day of the quarter. Waiting on either Fernhill or to make announcements about TokenBloq hopefully soon. It’s a joint ownership per their previous PR, so I am actually more confident they are getting the job done. It’s just a matter of time, IMO.

$FERN Last X update from $FERN was a month ago this weekend. Last update from on Stocktwits was almost as long with a September 7 update. At least Merc token is more current on X and maybe they are realizing ST is a dud platform for promotion. Tech stocks will likely pop in October/November. Is there a wave ahead for $FERN too? $FERN my totally dead cross trade: just by chance, CYBL and FERN have been exactly the same price for a month now. All I can do is buy into the starting line. And that is not as easy as it once was because my son wrecked the only family car, so now we have to fork over $1400/month to UBER him to work. $FERN my insanely risky cross trade: current balance: FERN: 9,004,000 shares CYBL: 27.009,000 shares this can fail - badly fail - two ways. The low stock where all the shares are migrating can keep dropping to trips one. And you lose everything. Done that three or four times. The stock doesn't have to go to zero, if the stock is taking a five to ten year vacation, you are going to dump it and lose your ass. That's one way to get burned. The other way to get burned is if the high stock - that you have sold off to buy the low stock - takes off while you are mostly out of it. I was up to 18 million shares of FERN when CYBL started dropping below it; now I have 9 million shares. And you guys are screaming at Kern to more or less burn my cross trade; I get what I deserve for taking the risk. But, hey, if CYBL bumps back up while FERN is still in the paint... suddenly I can own 60 million shares of FERN. Or even 90 million if it goes 3x of FERN's ASK. This might be crazy, but I'm never bored.

$FERN when do we expct financials and do we think they’ll release acquisition news simultaneously?

$FERN And Capitol Hill has failed us once again. Denying the Clarity Act. The Senate has failed the American people over ethics. Their job is to make blanket coverage rule sets. Meaning EVERYONE is covered under rules. Not just centered on one person. Trump Derangement Syndrome continues and most people are distorting this fact. This is THE reason 50 votes were a "NO". Disgusting. Anyone who represents me personally in midterm elections who voted no will not be getting my vote. You have pushed us as citizens and the industry further behind globally. Complete and under idiots, on both sides of the isle.
