$FBIO There is a meaningful new development: Fortress filed an 8-K on October 1 disclosing that it repaid the remaining $15.0 million of its Oaktree senior secured credit facility in full on September 30. Fortress also paid about $435,000 of accrued interest plus a $150,000 prepayment fee, and all liens and security interests tied to the facility were released. The credit agreement is now terminated.

At one point, it might have been smart to buy Fortress shares based on the premise that Dotinurad was "best in class" (a view I acted on for a long time by buying shares and arguing the case myself here); conversely, it might now be wise *not* to buy Fortress shares if your reasoning is based on Gout and your belief in Dotinurad specifically. This is just a thought regarding one part of Fortress—a company that is, of course, much larger than just the gout business, and where results could still swing in Dotinurad’s favor—but it serves to illustrate the need to stay updated and the fact that circumstances change.

Good thing is insiders hold 49.61% of total oustanding shares and CEO owns 7.05million shares so high insider concentration is good. Avg. down or buy in soon.
