$FATE 30-40% target, double the standard for 2+ failed therapy, and they are at 100% so far. 4 of 6 CRR is not hard to imagine based on what we know thus far. Ive been following, studying, and investing in FATE for over 11 years. Aside from JNJ deal and subsequent fallout I see the next FT819 readout as FATEs most important binary event in its history. It validates the platform in a signficant way, and would allow many more years of cancer research without shareholder dilution. This is all opinion, not investment advice, but with that said, i personally expect a solid run up before this data is released. The accumulation has been consistent at these levels.

$FATE — key upcoming catalyst: Sept. 18, 2026. Fate Therapeutics is presenting new clinical data for FT819 at CCR-West 2026, plus preclinical data on FT839. The market will be watching: • FT819 efficacy in autoimmune disease • Safety profile • Durability of responses • Additional lupus nephritis data • Progress toward the RECLAIM-LN study Sept. 18 could be an important data-driven event for $FATE.

$FATE Cantor highlights — some important FT819 guidance: • New renal CRR data coming late 2026 / early 2027. Management says existing UPCR data — including ~1.8 g/g reduction at 6 months with bendamustine — may indicate how strong the undisclosed renal responses are. • Fate says ~30–40% CRR is the range they're striving for in RECLAIM-LN vs management-estimated historical refractory-LN CRR closer to ~10–20% (likely closer to 10%). • RECLAIM-LN interim analysis targeted for H2'27, currently contemplating roughly half the 53 patients reaching 6-month follow-up. • Conditioning-free FT819 update expected around ACR. CEO: “I'm actually very excited about that update.” Will update the initial 3/3 SRI-4, 2/3 LLDAS experience and discuss additional dosing.

$FATE The leading role of $FATE in the autoimmune CAR-T race became more prominent after $NVS and $BMY recently paused their autoimmune CAR-T programs, which caused patient deaths and severe toxicities. Fate Therapeutics (FT819 / FT839) has many unique advantages, including a quality-controlled iPSC master cell bank (millions of doses); CRISPR TRAC-targeted (non-viral); FDA CDRP & RMAT; full-speed enrollment for a pivotal phase 2 trial; mild or no conditioning chemotherapy; same-day outpatient discharge, which will dominate as the first mass-market, off-the-shelf, outpatient therapy for Lupus. Buy and hold strong! 🤑🤑🤑 Cheers! 🤞✌️

$FATE ACR sept 9, Fate has now promised updated FT819 human data at ACR, including the conditioning-free patients.

$FATE A unanimous preference for FT819 over autologous CAR T emerged, due to immediate access, shorter hospitalization, less intensive preconditioning chemotherapy, and product consistency.

$FATE Caribou Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRBU), a leading clinical-stage CRISPR genome-editing biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it is exploring strategic alternatives to maximize stockholder value and plans to discontinue further development activities for its two allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy programs, vispa-cel for the treatment of relapsed or refractory (r/r) B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and CB-011 for the treatment of r/r multiple myeloma. In line with this decision, Caribou will implement workforce and cost reductions.

$FATE looks like it's going back to 1.5-1.6 levels. Such a crappy company. What a waste of time and money. Lowest levels since June. Ugghhh
