With no communication from management there is really no support for $DFLI above $0.00. This company died earlier this year when they mishandled the discovery of a design flaw in all their batteries.

$DFLI I'm out, 74% loss, around £800, just sold and salvaged £300... absolute shit show of a stock. I'm shocked companies like this can't be sued for their lack of accountability

$DFLI The last insider open market buy was in 2023 - 100 shares for a total of $428 , you'd imagine now would be a good time for management to actually support the stock with their own money. The stock is now below 10c from the recent split and all time lows.

$DFLI Anyone who does research will NOT buy a Battle Born battery at this time. They have a well known design flaw that affects all their batteries and the company is doing nothing about it.

$DFLI According to our very reliable sources with the finance guys in NYC, I mean the firms that raise money for companies like DFLI, it is a HUGE mistake to do a RS that will move the stock back up to only $4 or $4.50. According to the bankers, if the number is under $6 the short algos will be waiting for it. And down goes the elevator again, they are merciless. They recommended to one of the CEO's we are close with that he should make it $6 to $10 range. They should have done 1 for 15 or 1 for 20 to give themselves some cushion. $STI $FLUX

$DFLI what would it take for a turn-around? and it has to begin with a semblance of honesty...

$DFLI It's kind of a no win, if the company has been sitting on good PR to use post split while allowing the price to fall to 4c, it's brutal. If they have nothing, it's brutal. I took a loss last time when they were in a potentially worse place and they somehow ran the stock up to a 100m market cap so maybe they'll perform some dark arts to boost up the price. In reality, they raised over 90m from that and have wasted a huge lifeline. They are closer to a penny stock bio scam now.

$DFLI From my perspective, today’s sharp drop looks like a day when shareholders, exhausted from waiting, are finally giving up and selling off their shares. The CEO is merely looking on; there is no action being taken whatsoever.

$DFLI going to go from 30,000 to 10,000 shares after first RS to 375 shares. Currently already out $40,500 no reason to sell when worth less than $1,300 currently so 🤞

$DFLI Has anyone who's invested in this POS done any due diligence recently with regards to where this is headed? I'm about 60% down, thinking of just cutting my losses and moving on.

$DFLI Grabbed some $DFLI for next week. Oct. 5 Nasdaq plan liquidity waiver and the existing $50M ATM, surprisingly, make this an interesting high-risk setup (6+ days to cover) 🥂 if the plan is well received. Nfa

$DFLI if you're going to make claims like that, could you at least back up the facts that support that theory? That's a strong statement to make with zero evidence to back it up. Last I heard the business was doing fine.

$DFLI Denis Phares and his management stuff is the biggest scam ever. They have no clue what to do to survive the company…

$DFLI Well, they are suing the guy who revealed the multiple design flaws, and secretly changing specs to limit recalls...it's just sad...
