$DCGO say it isn't so. that Lee will take shares in leu of cash so the company can save money? How corrupt is that, when the shares are selling below any reasonable valuation. They know the shares are below liquidation value. they possess inside information about this. Will they grant themselves these dilutive shares??? I wonder what the SEC would think?

$DCGO DocGo remains on track to exit fiscal year 2026 with positive adjusted EBITDA in its core business. Needham stated the risk/reward profile remains attractive for DocGo shares at current levels. InvestingPro analysis suggests the stock is undervalued based on its Fair Value assessment, with the company appearing on the platform’s most undervalued stocks screening. The firm maintained its $3.00 price target on the stock.

$DCGO I just keep slowly adding shares as I am able since this current SP makes it look like the company has a 50% chance of going bankrupt and this is not reality. If you want to give me the easiest double, probably triple on the Market, I will take it.

$DCGO novavax up 20% today, Moderna 6%. Who is in position to deliver vaccines and antibiotics to an aging population that is vulnerable to the pneumonic plague? Certainly DocGo….

$DCGO how about horrible management that only cares about maintaining their jobs. Who would hire any of these guys? how about no transparency on business valuations? what happened to the strategic review? they buried it, because they refuse to sell the company and lose their paychecks. even if they could triple the stock price.

$DCGO Anyone else get the auto-generated email from $AMZN Amazon today? "Start your free 14-day One Medical membership trial today" - with DocGo $DCGO subsidiary SteadyMD as one of the provisioners. Just make.sure you turn those Free Trials into paying customers.

$DCGO 6% pop on low volume of about 64K shares which tells me that if real volume hits we could easily have a very big move up. If Management can bring in 25M+ by receiving NYC money and proceeds from some smart business trimming along with showing Hicuity EBITA is real and expanding, we are off to the races.

$DCGO I have backed up the truck big time recently, bringing my cost basis down to 0.435. IMO, I will more than double my cost basis before Valentine's Day, maybe before Thanksgiving.

$DCGO anyone else hate how since this had an order fill at .34 in premarket it will somehow find a way to go there? I feel like this fills every single minute gap

$DCGO condensed, this quote says it may go up, or it may go down. duh: " it's a healthy thing to get a Double-Bottom (I realize that we came so close that some of you may call this a Triple-Bottom). Now it becomes wait-and-see (if you're not buying) whether the stock sustains this bottom, buying support comes in, and with follow-through on price increase from here - we "confirm" the bottom. However, in some cases revisiting this low can see the floor drop out like a Trap Door and we proceed to an entirely new All-Time Low floor/level. "

$DCGO technically, the daily chart is looking goooood. We have a presumable ATL and now NH. We need to next confirm HL and afterwards HH for a bullish trend change. Stay strong. It might be that we are still building NH.

$DCGO guys - if Nuclear Elvis' post is true (I have no reason to distrust him), this stock could go ballistic tomorrow...

$DCGO I hope by this time next year this company is not in Lees hands wether that be a buyout or whatever the case.

$DCGO there is no possible scenario where if Lee is telling the truth that this stock is not massively undervalued right now

$DCGO anyone know why there has been abosolutely nothing wrote on todays press call? No articles on any other platforms whatsoever. Im thinking they will be tomorrow. Its in my view there has been litte reaction due to little publication. Google docgo news and nothing from todays call anywhere yet. In my view the call was very very bullish. I can see combined revenue doubling within 12 months. I can see a return profitability in q1. This is one for the medium to long term for sure.

$DCGO "We don't expect to carry this debt long" - Lee/CEO on the debt assumed from Hicuity in the deal. Pay down and Service the debt (sounds like a debt restructuring plan for the amount they can't quickly pay off).

$DCGO Analyst question about Hicuity's revenue growth. Andrea/Hicuity's answer: "Hicuity's revenue flat year over year at $65 Million" - that statement went out like a fart in church (no growth is not exciting news). DocGo's challenge is to work in synergies to reduce the SG&A costs so more Margins grow as Hicuity does their thing. Seems like the Growth expectations are more so on the part of DocGo to provide their own DocGo services riding on Hicuity's customer base, than for Hicuity themselves to grow(?). Can Hicuity's customer base grow or is it market saturated? TBD. We don't know yet how much of the "pie" is still out there to eat, for Hicuity's tele-ICU options.
