$CRS Wells Fargo cut its target to 430 from 540 today, keeping an Equal Weight. That nearly unwinds Wells Fargo's own August upgrade, when it raised the target to 540 from 425. Two months later the target is back at 430. The rest of the Street has not moved. TD Cowen 650 (Buy), JPM 700 (Overweight), BTIG 620 (Buy), KeyCorp 608 (Overweight), Susquehanna 600 (Positive). Consensus is around 563, 8 Buy vs 2 Hold. Meanwhile the tape is at roughly 387, about 38 percent below the 52-week high of 626. So one shop prices the drawdown as a valuation call and eight shops price it as an entry.
