Reverse split, private placement or PIPES at about 19 cents per share? If you are lucky like in PDBS you can make money off the bottom - recall the bottom is usually at a 99.5% discount to historic highs. Been posting for years...never did care for CRISPR. $CRBU Entered a short at 0.76$. This will be heavily sold by its institutional holders at open tomorrow. Tens of millions of shares will be dumped. Simple math: -Had 113M in cash in June. Average Q3 cash burn -23M. -Add another Q4 cash burn of at least -25M to account for all the restructuring costs, and you have 65M of cash in December. -Add general liabilities in the -20M range, and net equity is 45M; for 108M shares that is a value of 0.42$.

End of June 30, 2026: -116m cash and cash equivalents -18m liability -26m lease liability (likely negotiated to ~10m cancellation fee) -~5m will be owed for severance pay -~25m likely burned in Q3 So AS OF TODAY likely: -55m cash / 107m shares OS or NPV = 0.51/share This has much more room to fall imo until they get all of this cleaned up including lease cancellation and reduction in force, probably will end up in 0.30-0.40 range before any strategic transaction announcement. I'll wait.

$CRBU Look for interest from Gilead/Kite for a buyout. Secondary with Novartis and Bristol Myers as potentials. Car T was always too risky for a small company to take across the finish line. It is all Caribou had. Caribou never had anything more than these two prospects. Gilead disclosed that it paid about $300 million in cash for the Tmunity shares it didn’t already own, plus potential future payments of up to about $1 billion tied to development, regulatory, and sales milestones, as well as royalties. Depending if they had taken a stake in Caribou, it could go for 400 to 700 million. This is based upon a strict buyout and bring all development inside of Kite

The $1 analysts” PT is a reflection of its intrinsic value pre drug approval or strategic finance alternatives, which is why the drop is premature before it was sitting at $1 anyway before the news and must explain why there is a lot of buying, especially because they over well over $100 million in cash and FDA alignment for phase 3 trials. It seems these guys wish to sell the business cos they know they’ll make bank.. i don’t know if that’s the case for MCRB

$CRBU From 8-k "The Company currently estimates it will incur expenses of approximately $15 million to $19 million in total related to the Restructuring, a substantial portion of which is expected to be recognized during the fourth quarter of 2026. The anticipated expenses primarily include one-time severance payments, continued healthcare coverage, and related costs of approximately $10 million to $11 million and future costs to wind down the ANTLER phase 1 clinical trial and CaMMouflage phase 1 clinical trial of $5 million to $8 million. The Company also intends to terminate applicable contracts, resolve various intellectual property licensing arrangements, and seek ways to sublease its facilities or terminate facility leases.

$CRBU Friendly reminder this has plenty of room to fall and lots of time before an announcement. Buying BOLT in the meantime and then will come back to this when it's in 30s. CRBU RM Valuation: --> 116m cash, -18m liability = 98m end of Q2 (June 30, 2026) --> -25m Q3 burn --> -19m Q4 burn + restructing costs (health insurance, severance etc) --> -10m lease cancellation fee = 44m cash remaining as starting point for merger , likely will only bring ~30m of that to an actual merger closing + NASDAQ shell = 35m-40m or 0.33-0.38/share for RM giving no value to any legacy assets.

$CRBU No one should listen to me because I was very bullish on this stock over time, but I do feel their still value in it. The cash value + this quarters's ATM, a valuable therapy ready for phase 3 and dozens of patents. I am hoping for a bidding war. The fact that it is sub-$1 while succeeding in its clinical trials thus far is insane. I am really hopefully thier work will be continued by another larger company and investors will recoup some of their investment (at somewhere between $1.50-$2 per share would be nice).

$CRBU Started buying $CRBU at $0.553 and kept adding through the $0.57S and $0.58S. Weak-handed shorts are about to get burned. Even with brutally conservative assumptions on cash value and the pipeline, I still get $0.70+. This was priced like there was nothing left. I disagree.

$CRBU unfortunately this will likely continue to get hammered until they find a buyer for the two pipeline assets (vispa-cell and CB-11). The June 2026 data was great for both pipelines so the assets are defintely valuable to the right buyer. They didnt have much options, in my opinion, they would have had to dilute massively this year to raise more cash ( which would have crushed the stock) Or find a partner to finance the vispa-cell phase 3. I think they would have needed ~$200 to continue with phase 3. They have hired Wedbush Securities as part of this latest disclosure, which might be a signal that they have some hope to close a deal at some point soon to sell the assets to the highest bidder. Pfizer was one of the early investors... maybe they are still in the picture... still interested in CB-11? The data for both pipelines had been great. So i hope they will find a buyer.

The programs were not dying on data. Vispa-cel (B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma) had an FDA-agreed Phase 3 design, and both candidates carried RMAT, Fast Track, and Orphan designations. CEO Rachel Haurwitz said the financing environment for allogeneic CAR-T made it increasingly challenging to fund them. Wall Street responded in unison: RBC and Leerink both cut to hold-equivalent ratings with a target of 1, from 10 and 4. Cash was 113.8 million at June 30, before the quarter's burn and 15 to 19 million in restructuring charges. Market cap is about 131 million.
