$CPIX Management makes promise after promise that clinical trial data like DMD OLE or Scleroderma is "forthcoming" (definition: upcoming, approaching, impending, imminent, etc.). I'm 80 years old. Will I live to see any of this "imminent", etc. data? I think today's stock price and what it means is that management is good at promising but can't be trusted to deliver anything but more stalling bs instead of actual data. The FDA rewarded us with FAST track while management rewards stockholders with SLOW and SLOWER track progress and credibility. Patients need this drug TODAY! It needs to be in the hands of a much more competent and experienced drug company than SlOW track CPIX.

$CPIX this morning in the "Advancing Cardiac Research in Duchenne" webinar it was mentioned that the FDA does not currently have a designated biomarker recognized for DMD cardiomyopathy making it hard to design a trial where cardio is the primary endpoint. There is a consortium of doctors meeting with the FDA in the next couple months to discuss DMD cardiomyopathy including trial designs. So maybe this is what we are waiting for ?

$CPIX well, here is a shareholder who is appropriately pissed off at inaccurate management guidance and slow progress. I must say that I agree with him/her. The generic drug business the CEO founded and sold to Apotec did not require drug development. Drug development is a "timely" endeavor. Time is one's enemy. Wasting time kills drug development. A June 2026 Cumberland PR involving the special dividend referenced Director interest in acquiring shares and company interest in buying shares. I see no evidence of either. Ifetroban has proven itself to be safe and potentially effective in DMD and Metastatic Cancer. Sell the drug in cancer and tell us the 36 month date in DMD. Is anybody at home in this company? We own it given favorable 12 month DMD data, the fast track in DMD, and the cancer indication. Why this is taking so long is mysterious.

$CPIX Given management's multiple investor miscommunications, I'd say the stock is not worth 2x cash. Solid management does not fail to deliver promised data. If it does fail to deliver data, it explains why. and when it will be delivered. Solid management, which lacks drug development experience, relies on a CRO to gather data, interpret data, and engage with FDA. Responsible management tells the investor base if it employs a CRO. A responsible management employs a biotech investment bank/M and A biotech law firm, thus knowing what the various indications are worth and knows to whom the company can partner or sell the indications and at what price. A responsible management characterizes the data, if the full data set is, as yet, incomplete. Despite all this the company is worth hanging onto, if you believe, as we do that, the drug's biomechanics, safety and ease of use, should position the drug for potential approval in DMD, and further drug development in Cancer, and Scleroderma.
