$CNVS if anything, this down pressure reinforces the point. Anyway, good luck guys, apparently everyone is happy this goes down, so... happy life !

$CNVS BOD should be held accountable for their "take no action" approach with leadership namely Chris McGurk. Excuse tank is empty and he has failed to return value to the investor. BOD FIDUCIARY DUTIES: >Ensures legal and moral integrity are maintained >Builds trust and confidence >Protects the interests of both parties >Ensures accountability >Maintains fairness for all parties Enough of the blaming Chris McGurk....he sucks and we all know it...why is he still running the company? That answer falls on the shoulders of the BOD. When is enough, enough?

$CNVS $SONY My M&A thesis in one post: 2025–26 looks less like random corporate activity and more like transaction prep. • Giant + IndiCue filled complementary gaps in Matchpoint • both were integrated unusually fast • $13M convertible financing came from long-term holders • Lindsey stayed on specifically for recapitalization/M&A • management got CIC protections into 2027 • Huidor left after core tech integration was substantially complete • costs/products were rationalized aggressively • capital-structure constraints were removed • Cineverse is now inside Sony/PlayStation’s FAST ecosystem None of this proves a buyer or LOI exists. But the sequence is coherent: build → integrate → simplify → prove → transact A strategic buyer would value the assembled platform, IP, channels, studio relationships and monetization stack — not simply today’s market cap. Sony is only one possible buyer, but strategically the fit is obvious: Pictures + PlayStation + BRAVIA + FAST/CTV.

$CNVS Absolute insanity vote for your own devaluation. This is not a company that brings value to shareholders only insiders easy enough to see once you dig into the filings. This company survives on puffery and taking shareholder wealth.

$CNVS another reverse split at the horizon! And Compound the gain who continues to spam theatres booking is just sad. He is part of all this Mc kurg scam. Pumping this stock since 2021. He must have lost two retirements pots with this shit. I wonder when eventually it will go down the legal way to stop them from creating bag holders!

$CNVS fake green open. Expect red candle. that 46k bid block needs to be served. My hypothesis? it's a close short position. There must be a quant fund here having fun walking down every single rally. The pattern is the usual. The BOD makes some announcement with promises, it partially delivers, it uses the run and liquidity to raise capital, so every rally is capped, then passes the ball to a friendly short fund, using insiders' shares to borrow at ridicolously low rates. Rinse and repeat. If this is correct, the company leverages their stock to finance the new-new idea of their CEO and profits from constantly borrowing their shares. It's basically what I would define as a trading trap. Unless I see a different pattern, after several months of observing this, this is the core thesis here.

$CNVS I see constant talk of “manipulation” and a floor around $2. The real problem is the dilution overhang. Shares were voted to double — for the Indicue acquisition and for certain chosen long-term shareholders who got convertible notes. Why convertibles? Because the company had no cash when the deal was negotiated and was already behind with EW Bank. I’ve been a shareholder since 2021. No one ever approached me about those convertible notes. That means the Board made a discretionary decision and picked who got enriched. This is exactly why there’s a derivative lawsuit. The Board has shown a lack of candor and loyalty to all shareholders.

$CNVS Definitely going under $2 tomorrow. Never thought I would see this day, especially after the 20/1 reverse split, but that’s what happens when we have stupid, lying, scam m/fr’s running the company

$CNVS The old 150 million in revenue coming soon speech it’s been going on for a long time. 1. March 30, 2022 – CEO Chris McGurk shareholder letter. Explicitly references building “toward a target of $150 million in total annual revenues in two to four years,” alongside new initiatives projected to add over $28 million in steady-state annual revenues. $CNVS Tomorrow the 8-K drops confirming McGurk got his “yes” vote at the shareholder meeting. Once the market digests what that actually means, this thing could get absolutely smoked. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it buried in the $1S next week.

$CNVS T-29 was 822 tickets sold. T-25 is 1,425 tickets sold. A 73% increase. Let's hope some more showings pop up where existing ones are quite full.

$CNVS How about Candor in 2023 we actually lost closer to 24 million but we showed a good will impairment in early 2024 that luckily was covered by T3 revenue and all upside of T3 we negotiated away in the 2023 offering when at all time lows we gave hedge funds warrants to exercise which most got exercised after the upside. That positive revenue that we had on the books from T3. Gone in fact in 2026 we were behind on Ew bank loan and had to renegotiate….. This as we purchased Indicue and then told shareholders vote for the deal or we face a liquidity crisis. The same vote that has a toxic overhang on a depressed stock that management keeps that way.

$CNVS Holy crap. I was as bullish as they come from 2000 to selling a couple years ago. Not paying attention to the business anymore but damn the share price is always sooo bad.

$CNVS I’d never seen Pan’s Labyrinth before. It was great! Fabulous storytelling. 3D looked fantastic. Not a pain at all to read subtitles (I was apprehensive about this). My home amc theater is small and never got, for example, The Toxic Avenger. Somehow it got this movie! It only showed up for tickets yesterday. So not a big crowd on a Thursday night short notice but I anticipate better starting tomorrow. I’ve been pretty happy with pre-sales from the large markets. The theater count is just over 1,000 from what I’ve heard. So let’s get some great per theater/showing numbers and see if we can get second weekend extensions in the cash cow locations.

SecW
$CNVS Just 32 tickets sold for Pan’s Labyrinth’s ENTIRE opening weekend at my local AMC here in Michigan. If this pace continues, it’s looking like another McGurk box-office flop. Once the box-office numbers start rolling in late next week and into next weekend, I expect the stock to head even lower. Will I go 4/4 calling these flops before the numbers hit? Find out soon.
