Be careful and set a stop loss. On Bearish weeks, I simply double from that day's low, minus a bit, and get out before the tank. $CHGA the company raised $250,000, but took on $280,000 of debt plus interest, gave the investors warrants for 100,000 shares, and agreed to restrictions on future borrowing. So this is essentially a short-term financing deal that gives the company cash now, but creates debt obligations and potentially additional dilution from the warrants. What can this company do for $250000? Buy AI Agents? this thing is needs some heavy research.
