How do you feel about CERO?

$CERO the deal is not being shipped ok fairly certain of that you all need a class action lawyer quickly. $SRXH Is a scam deal they'll wipe you all out without a fair auction. Frankly you'd be better off in bankruptcy than the deal they're doing. It's corporate theft. STRONG SELL $SRXH

$CERO How so? They simply take ownership of the drug IP. If that happens, shareholders are left holding an empty corporate shell with virtually no asset value. If the allow, Cero could push 4 times with a 30-day extention and then we would be into 2027. for anyone down 90% and more this is a dead cat, they need a private takeover offer.

$CERO welp is what a good ride. Maybe we get a better outcome with a new deal but probably not.

$CERO My sincere hope is that management intends to maximiza the value of the CERO through Joseph Gunnar's engagement and the go-shop process — exploring every credible opportunity to maximize value, rather than allowing the potential upside of CER-1236 to move beyond the reach of existing common shareholders. After everything long-term investors have endured, I believe we deserve transparency, a fair process, and genuine efforts to protect shareholder value. I am not alleging wrongdoing. I simply want to see management demonstrate that the interests of common shareholders are being properly considered. I would like to connect with other long-term $CERO shareholders who share these concerns and are interested in reviewing SEC filings and seeking clear answers from the board. Let's keep the discussion constructive, factual, and grounded in publicly available information. Our common goal should be transparency, accountability, and fair treatment for all shareholders.

$CERO So no share conversion, no buyout. CERO won't technically exist so how does that help us as shareholders at all to gain value

$CERO CERO common shareholders should pay close attention to the SRX transaction and the current go-shop process. I am not alleging wrongdoing. I am asking for transparency around several issues that directly affect common shareholders: • What independent valuation supported the board's conclusion regarding CERo Therapeutics/CER-1236? • What process was followed before SRX obtained secured claims over CER-1236 and before the current sale agreement was signed? • What economic interests, compensation or continuing roles will CERO executives/directors receive in CERo Therapeutics, SRX or the CERO 1236 SPV after closing? • How is Joseph Gunnar compensated, and does its fee increase if it obtains a higher-value competing proposal? • How will the $1M SRX consideration and any remaining CERO Holdings assets ultimately benefit existing common shareholders? • Is the board actively using the 30-day go-shop to solicit the broadest possible group of strategic buyers for CER-1236?

$CERO this is now a worthless shell courtesy of Eric Jackson of $SRXH which itself will eventually be worthless due to losses and litigation about to commence for securities fraud. Welcome to the party.
